Harsh Makhecha do interval training/ HIIT cardio because just doing running day after day especially on hard ground can give you shin splints or runners knee but either way good luck with your fitness
You can lift weights and grow in height at the same time, I lift and I'm 6'3 94kg. You just have to train properly with good form, be consistent, eat correct and don't 'ego lift'.

Hi Spencer, I just downloaded the apps since I do a 150 (instead of 100, because it's summer by then) days of fitness challenge thanks to you. I'm trying to get fitter than I already am. Started January 2nd and feeling fitter already.
Great to see this as I've just started my own thing this week too. Finally decided to take fitness a bit more seriously than just hitting the gym a few times a week. Personally trying to squeeze in 4 workouts a week as well as every night doing a circuit of 10 press ups, 10 sit ups, 5 pull ups, 10 squats, 10 times (so total 100 of each but only 50 pull ups) all timed. It helps with cardio as well as a little strength at the same time which is great as normally I hate cardio! Would highly recommend and if you do by chance try it, tell us your time haha. Personally I'm just over 10 mins but making pretty big improvements so hopefully will be under soon :)
This series could really catch on! Great idea! Also great tip for the press ups! Try lock out your elbows when doing the pull ups. It's a good way to keep consistency with your progress.

Zomaar een kijker To be honest you will probably do 40 push ups in three weeks time max four,but the thing is how dedicated are you to get stronger and improve on your phesique (spelt it wrong).
Love you and the content etc etc Just a heads up on the sit-ups - Having those weights as anchor points for your feet reduces the strain on your abs (abdominal wall). If you'd like to isolate your abs more specifically, then try and build your form up so your able to perform sit-ups (with conventional form - feet on the floor) without those dumbbells as anchor points. As using them allows you to engage ankles, taking tension away from your abs. Obviously you're doing a great thing inspiring potentially thousands of people to get into fitness so bloody bravo on that!

Great video Spencer! When doing sit ups you're better off not securing your feet as doing so focussed more effort on your hip flexors rather than your abs...

PiPi PiPi also if you stuggle with weight go for a walk after every meal just a light 5 minute walk just remember to eat healthy and get alot of sleep, sleep is key for rest
If you're too skinny then you need to eat more, about 400-500 hundred calories more than you need a day. but the food you eat to get those calories has to be healthy. Try to eat clean, plenty of vegetables, white meat and for carbs have brown rice or sweet potato for example. Just make sure you get your macro nutrient proportions correct (THERE ARE WEBSITES FOR THAT). Also go to the gym and lifts some weights to put on muscle mass. do some research into training and ask people at your gym, remember good form is VERY important and do some research online into diet and macros. But remember take it easy and enjoy it, I'm guessing you're young so you've got plenty of time to get some size on you
