I always keep my Subway orders simple. Bread, one meat (usually double order of meat), lettuce and tomato and thats it. I hate mayo, so never get that. But usually I don't even get any sauces because they over do it. I will add some mustard if I eat it at home. A little salt and pepper. That's it.

Something that's always fascinated me with my pals and ''sauce'' is they say things like ''I love pulled Pork'', or ''I love a Steak'' or ''I really want a thick juicy Burger''. They then proceed too have pulled Pork, with so much BBQ sauce or Bourbon sauce, that instead of tasting the Pork, all you taste is sweet Sauce. Or people go out and spend big money on a stunning rare steak, then lather it in Butter sauce or Tomato sauce??? People that have a Beef Burger, then want mayo all over it, Burger Sauce all over it and it's all you can taste. Seriously, just buy cheap meat if this is what you do, because ya can't actually taste the meat, you have the hint of it and texture, but people just over kill on sauces.
Don't think we have italian BMT in the US anymore. My usual used to be the spicy italian but now they just have one of those named subs with the sports stars associated instead that has similar-ish ingredients.
Ok, If you get subway again, I would suggest a bmt, with pepperoncini, olives, no mustard, get some mayo, then after getting mayo, get it toasted. Annnd eat half of it upside down (like top bun against your tongue instead of the bottom bun). It will be different.
the bread looks the old size, in the US at least in my part of Texas the bread is smaller, you can barely fit topping on it. I've tried several locations, all using the smaller bread... really makes it a ripoff.
