Cooo
Technically, Jericho DID pin Teiple H on Raw for the WWF title... But the decision was nullified after the commercial and the title returned to Hunter
Yea HHH promised to never lay a hand on the referee if the Ref(Earl Hebner) reversed the decision. Ref reversed the decision(trusted HHH like a idiot), Y2J cam out and had to hand over the belt, then HHH like the heel POS he was fired Earl Hebner & beat the crap out of him.
I'd love to see a quiz where you guys just name as many champions as you can. Go back and forth and see who can name the most former WWE Champions, former Intercontinental Champions, etc. Think that would be a fun quiz.
Cant believe you didnt get to Dolph through “a notable loser” 😂
Man I feel so bad for talent like The Miz and Dolph, so much hard work and no recognition, even as I was drifting away from wrestling before the Renaissance, during the PG Era, Dolph was SO GOOD in the ring, with lukewarm performances left and right, he stood out head and shoulders above everyone, but creative gave him nothing of substance.
It should have been him
I was screaming Dolph 😂😂
@hematite9914 Well Miz is a two time Grand Slam Champion tbff. Dolph's stuff was just terribly timed like with Samoa Joe.
@@hematite9914 I feel bad for Corbin now, guy is an underutilized talent and should have gotten a decent push by now.
Justice for Big Show. Was the correct answer for a bunch of these.
Honestly this was a dope quiz. The back pocket ones were either helpful or destructive lol
Agreed. Good quiz.
I’m actually upset that y’all didn’t get Ziggler and Big Show for the most losses. Both of them are workhorses AND who’ve been around forever AND perennial mid to main card, heel characters.
yup heels take a ton of losses on the house shows because its to send the crowd home happy
Yea i feel like ziggler was a give-me for the most losses lol i think most of us said ziggler within the first 3 names lol
@@McLoving425 Yeah, he was the first answer that came to mind, the obvious one.
I cannot understand how they missed big show for Rumble eliminations, but went with Great Khali. Show is the original big guy that clears house in the Rumble
Crazy that kofi is on the most losses and also the most wins. That boy is fasure a hall of famer even without the championships
19:35 Given they start attitude era at survivor series 1997, bret hart is a hilarious answer here (though, technically speaking he was champ at the BEGINNING of SS 1997)
That's what I was thinking but the question did say after. I don't think they realized Survivor Series was the screw job
@@mindyourbuisness8104 that's the one PPV that's seared in my mind. I base all of my wrestling timeline in the mid-late 90s off of that anchor point.
Technically, The Miz should have been in the MITB question since he won THE CONTRACT as well, from Otis. Since the question was asking winners of the contract and not the Ladder Match, he should have been there
When it comes to longevity, Miz, Dolph and Kofi are shoo ins for almost every trivia question
Love categories, hope you guys do them more often
This is the best type of trivia in my opinion. Would love to see more of these videos!
This was a good quiz topic n format. Had fun playing along.
They must've had a bet going for who could say "back pocket" the most in this video
John Cena wins his 2nd World Heavyweight Championship against Edge and Big Show at Wrestlemania 25. So, Big Show must be in the list
I disagree. I think despite it's wording it was more intended of who he dethroned. Who was champ going into the match Cena exited with the title. Otherwise Triple H would also be a correct answer because that's who Cena submitted to win the title in the 2010 Elimination Chamber even though Sheamus was champion who Cena did not eliminate.
I wasn't including retains and I don't ever remember Big Show having the title and Cena winning it off of him.
edit: If it was retains, Triple H and Shawn Michaels wouldve been in that because he also defended it against them in a triple threat as well, I specifically remember Shawn kicking Triple H as soon as the match started.
This format is super cool! Congratz SCW
For me this was one of the best quizzes sent in. Not too easy and a lot to guess and fun to play along
I’m surprised how many of these Kofi was on. Dude has been around for a while fr…. He played the Jamaican character for like 10 years 😮
CORRECTION: John Cena did defeat Edge AND Big Show in the WM25 Triple Threat match. Big Show should have counted, our bad!
CORRECTION CORRECTION: this correction may actually may not be necessary based on the way the question was phrased idk
John Cena won a couple of Multi-Man matches with some participants that are not listed. He won two Triple Threats with Big and Edge and The Miz and John Morrison. He won an Elimination Chamber with HHH, Sheamus, Randy Orton, Ted DiBiase Jr. and Kofi Kingston. He also won a Ladder Match with Sheamus, Randy Orton, Kane, Roman Reigns, Bray Wyatt, Del Rio and Cesaro.
Nah. Based on all the answers, they were probably just looking for who was the champion going into the match
@@xyrus7366 Honestly this is probably exactly it, good point
The Attitude Era actually started prior to that around SummerSlam time. So Bret Hart would have counted.
The Attutude Era did not start AFTER Bret Hart left WWF.
@@StacheClubWrestlingit was because cena beat sheamus for the title in a chamber match yet he mever pinned him. He submitted triple h in that match so john technically wasn't wrong
Need more categories next time these are so entertaining to watch
These are the best videos by far IMO 🔥
i saw a comment on dirt sheet radio page of someone praising the podcast! yall are definitely growing
We need to see a Big Show quiz. lol
Woo, this was a wild one but luckily dealt with a few of my best known areas. The category quizzes are always fun!
There's a lot of people myself included who would say theat the Attitude Era didn't start at survivor Series 1997. I personally would say it's when Mick Foley (Mankind) won the title from Rock on December 4th 1999. The introduction of him was really what seperated the cartoony horrible mess that was New Generation Era and car crash style of the Attitude Era. Then again ECW was the real reason why the Attitud era even existed, because they stole what made them succesful, to make themselves successful.
We need Big Nick to join in on a video
John channeling his inner Riley and Dante channeling his inner Graydon on this one in the intro.
11:05 Sheamus, Kofi, Ziggler and Miz are the obvious ones cause they were the four pillars of WWE in 2010s.
I was SCREAMING Akira Tozawa for most losses and ended up being wrong lol. Dude has lost to Omos 23 times in a row at house shows.
3:20
Dante is speaking facts here, for some reason WWE always have the women cash in as soon as possible, while the men hold it for really long (for example Damien held his for nearly a whole year)
The longest Women's MITB reign was the first one, when Carmella held it for 2 months before cashing in and winning the title
this one was a lot of fun, guys
Good luck everyone and good luck to john and dante
I feel like u guys could've used prior answers to guess some names on forward questions. Like many names were repeated on diff questions, there was so much info hahaha wp tho! Rly nice video :D
Who could ever forget curt Hawkins losing streak trend he had lol 😆
I’m just happy John didn’t go to Zero Town on this one 😭🙏🏾
You guys pulling a Charlotte and Banks with the SCW championship lately
Not getting Seth on the Raw matches when he literally wrestled almost 40 last year alone on Raw is wild.
Small technicality; Asuka didn't win the MITB contract, the briefcase she won had the Raw Women's Title in it after Becky vacated the belt because she was pregnant.
I like this format but for the title to make it more interesting maybe you get a point for everyone you name that way it could still be up for grabs in the last round
With the first category i had miz on my mind because i didn't know if we were just going off the initial match or if it was everyone who held it
WWF Champion after Survivor Series '97
John: "Bret Hart"
"Who is like notable loser?" I keep shouting DOLPH at my screen :D
I liked this quiz !!!!!
I like the quiz, I do not like the scoring. Just do a point per right answer and increase to 3 strikes before being out on a certain category.
Dante: Undertaker?
John: Smackdown guy, Smackdown Guy!
John: Edge!
you fr bro?
Thought that title wasn’t on the line 😂😂
This was a fun one.
There are a few dates floating around for the start of the Attitude Era (Austin 3:16 speech or debut of the scratch logo are the most famous ones), but I thought everybody agreed it ended when WWF became WWE (so more than a full year after WM X-Seven) 🤔
While I have seen different timestamps for the attitude era, the Survivor Series 97 to WM17 is by far the one I have seen the most.
I see the start point being different way more than the end, as WM17 and WWE buying WCW seems from my experience the widely accepted end point.
Then the Invasion being a kind of transition period before the ruthless agression era starting in 2002 around the WWE change and first draft.
Right before they do their tag finisher or attempt to... they should do the stache shake 😂
Braun Strowman apparently has 34 eliminations, so he should have counted for the Royal Rumble question. The list I found online says:
Top 10 Cumulative Men's Eliminations
Glenn Jacobs (45 as Kane + 1 as Isaac Yankem)
The Undertaker (40) - Shawn Michaels (39 recognized eliminations)
Steve Austin (36)
Braun Strowman (34)
Big Show (32), Brock Lesnar (32), Roman Reigns (32), Triple H (32)
Randy Orton (29)
Hulk Hogan (27)
Edge (25), John Cena (25)
Cody Rhodes (22)
CM Punk (20)
Let’s goooooo my favorite video type is BACK
When are we getting a WWE 2K 24 GM mode play through
Sweep City Manifest
Update: I stand corrected
Dante mac miler is the goat, best artist ever
the champ is back :)
Attitude went through the invasion angle just throwing the out there
Most people consider Stone Cold’s heel turn the end of the attitude era.
Although this does not affect the final outcome of the title swap, it is noted that right before the Hart-Michaels match at Survivor Series 1997 in a hype package, the Attitude Era WWF logo was first debuted. This is the exact moment people say the Attitude Era began. The instant this logo debuted, we had the Montreal Screwjob. The champion at the time: Bret Hart!! Bret Hart is actually a correct answer, not incorrect.
Good video
They forgot Big Show on the main event question.
The HHH answer for Cena defeating someone for 16th championships is wrong. Cena made Triple H tap in the first ever elimination chamber pay-per-view to win the title
Next quiz :- guessing the wrestler by Eyes only!
Who wants them to collab with VYBE?
i always find myself shouting at the TV due to jon’s poor memory
Technically, only 9 people won the MITB contract: Asuka won the Raw Women's Championship in 2020.
I'd like to see this where you guys just get a point for each correct one until you both give up on the category. Don't use a strikes system just keep going back and forth.
The thing the guys keep tripping up on is overstating how long certain people were around from before their time. For example, Hogan's original run was only a little over seven years, and he never had true full-time including house show runs after that. Slightly different w/ Triple H. His full-time run started in 1995 and ended in 2010 as a full-timer, but he had several long injuries, and for a decent chunk, was a heel taking losses on house shows.
Again, you can make a decent argument Roman's current run was longer than the Attitude Era.
How was Undertaker on that one? He main evented night 1 with AJ Styles.
Love this categories game. Don’t love what I think is a dog barking in the background the whole time.
Miz should of been an option for q1
7:05 Another Glitch
Who tf cares
I wonder why there's a little bit of glitches during these videos lately
Undertaker was in the main event of wm 33
John Cena did win at WM25 so Big show should be there lol
Big Show was not the Champion, Edge was.
@@catnip8896 that’s true but Cena still beat him in the main event lol
Jericho didn't win one til Vengeance which was December 2001 and Bret Hart left at Survivor Series 1997.
Who all remembers night 2 of wrestlemania 35?
They forgot Big Show main evented Mania in 2020.
Most wins and loses should be a womens category included too, maybe also Tag Teams, would be interessting
For the most losses one I thought immediately Ziggler
miz also won mitb contract
One could argue that Bret Hart was a champion in the Attitude Era, if the Attitude Era started on the day of Survivor Series 97. That was the Montreal Screwjob, and he was champion going into it.
When are you going to start mygm bros 2k24
its funny Kofi has some of the most wins and losses
Quiz maker made a mistake on the Cena category. When he beat Rey for the title, Rey was champion because he won it in the first match of the night. Should’ve been added to the list!
Attitude era didn't end until 02 so really Chris Jericho Still Counts. Idk what was going on right there.
I wasn't watching wwe at the time so I may be wrong about this, but wouldn't the miz be on the money in the bank contract winners? From my knowledge, he won the thing from Otis, while unconventional, i would say he still won it. The category only said contract winners, not the ladder match winners.
Pop quiz with card games
I was thinking Nattie for most losses, and I was surprised to not see her on that list.
That's a good one. She's looked at he lights a LOT
Carmella
John Cena did not beat The Miz for the title , The Miz lost the WWE title to Rey Mysterio in 2011 on Raw
Most wins in WWE, yet Asuka didnt lose for 2 years
Jericho is an actual right answer for the champion between 97 to 2001. He beat HHH on Raw
He won it for a week or something like that.
I know what match you're talking about. WWE doesn't officially consider that to be a WWE championship win as the result was reversed and the match was restarted due to fast count shenanigans.
He won it but HHH forced the ref to reverse the decision & "scrub it from the record books", he then beat up the ref after like the heel that he is
In Johns defense he’s thinking of the 2019 rumble. That’s where Becky won
Not sure how they forgot John Cena defeated Batista at Wrestlemania XXVI
What about if you guys end up with zero points it would be “sleep city” and fully correct “sweep city”
3:11 what about the mi Z
dante remembers so much shit but doesnt know survivor series 97 was hart vs hbk
and john says hart was way before lol, they dont know the screwjob at all :P
Jericho did win the WWF championship off of Triple H on Raw. That is an error
Sorry yall but this is wrong. Cena NEVER beat Sheamus in a title match. He made him tap inside the elimination chamber in 2010 but Triple H still wasn’t eliminated so technically he didn’t beat shamus for the championship.
Cmon john, you know edge is a smackdown guy 💀
13:41 I literally said "Curt Hawkins" as he had like 351 losses IN A ROW! Guess it wasnt enough losses to make him one of WWE's biggest losers.
Edit: grammar
