The fact Dante did the iconic Razor thumbs towards chest on The Bad Guy xD
Dante probably gave it away to John with the taunt becos John immediately says wait a min and changes his answer after seeing that.
I was laughing so hard when he did it and still didnt any idea who it might be 😂😂
When?
@@P3TER_Official23 4:05
I absolutely love that the wager was a WCW jobber, as if they had a snowball's chance in hell of getting it
Put some respect on Lash name...he was a one time WCW tag team champ...they dont just give that belt to anyone
Couldn't wait to get to end after seeing your comment to see who it was. Totally flip when I knew the answer.
Missfits In Action
Thanks for spoiling it before I clicked play
@@jfdrac Judy Bagwell was the GOAT
Whoever made this list is definitely between the ages of 30-40 and I absolutely love it 😂😂😂. For once I knew 90% of the answers lol
yes loved the fact that I knew a bunch of these as well
Every nickname was automatic for me, except well, Lash Leroux, because nobody's going to get Lash Leroux. I barely remember Lash in the first place!!
I actually got that one. Except I butchered the spelling on his last name. I can pronounce it though.
Big Show was the ONE that made me think
I got all right except the modern ones
John wasn't to far off with blackheart. Ciampa was also referred to as blackheart when turned on Gargano.
That's the only one I missed cause I'm a dummy not realizing it was Hart not Heart. I even remembered Lash LeRoux cause he was also Corporal Cajun in the MIA.
Yeah guessing they don't see he spelling I'd probably say he shuold've got the point even
@@RBRSC Why would he get the point? He didn't guess Ciampa, he guessed Johnny, who has the nickname of "Rebel Heart", not "Black Heart".
I think if they saw the way it was spelled, they would have gotten it right away. People watching actually had an advantage on that one.
I knew that one of Ciampa's nicknames, but someone do correct me if I'm wrong, wasn't one of his other right after the DIY breakup was "The Scourge of NXT"?
I feel so old when these guys don't know The model Rick Martel, and Bret as the Excellence of Execution and the Narcissist Lex Luger 😂
I know...the older ones from the 90's were the easy ones.
I was surprised Dante got Dean Malenko
They should know them it's pretty pathetic they have a channel based on wrestling and don't know big evil, excellence of execution, the narcissist, the model. Man these guys suck lol
They were born in 99-00.
@@kurtmoser4299 Quote The Rock, "It doesn't matter [when] you were born".
Extra bit with the Malenko answer: he was in a feud with Chris Jericho and Jericho did a promo and he said he knew 1004 holds.
“Armbar!”
Only reason i remembered this 😂 with Jericho's stupid 30 foot scroll
@evilkep7390 came back from commercial and he was still at it 💀
Can’t forget the grundle slam lol
@andrew201112able Moss covered three family axe handled gradunzle...or something to that effect 😂
The Bret Hart one hurt my soul a little... ngl guys lol
I thought every fan knew that one.
Yup. They should have their Fan card stripped. That was pathetic
That was before their time, born in 99-00
@@kurtmoser4299 yeaaaa nah I love these guys... But any self respecting fan knows a bit of history. A lot of us weren't around for the 80s boom but we still know about Dino Bravo, Big John Studd, Paul Orndorf, and the rock and wrestling connection.
This was like when Billie eilish said she didn't know who led Zeppelin is.
I feel like these are the adults that watch cena and tell you he's a great in ring worker 🤣 they're definitely not attitude Era fans.
Thanks for reminding how much older I am than you guys.
Big Show - Big Nasty Bastard was WWF.
Missing Brets though is criminal.
You guys shocked me with the Big Evil question. Big Evil was his heel version of the American Bad Ass persona.
Also used it as a face
Big evil red devil, as JBL would call him
@@RinJackson No. He didn't. Big Evil was strictly in 2003 as a heel before he reverted back to being babyface for his feud against Vince that led to the Buried Alive Match that Kane cost him, which fed into the WM20 2004 return of The Deadman. In 2000, it was the American Bad Ass when he used the Kid Rock song of the same name. In 2001-2002 when he began using Limp Bizkit's Rollin', it was Deadman Inc., although Jim Ross also kept trying to get the nickname Booger Red over during his feud against Ric Flair, since when he was the biker, Taker had, at least initially, let his natural ginger hair color show rather than dye it black or brown. Then, he turned heel in 2003 & became Big Evil. When he turned face again, he had dropped the Big Evil moniker, since he was going to retire the biker gimmick & revert back to the Deadman at WM20 in 2004 & for much of the remainder of his career, sans the Boneyard Match at WM36, which was his last match before retiring.
Sometimes I'm shocked at their recollection of what happened at what PPV on what year, but then I'm also shocked when they don't know Bret Hart is the Excellence of Execution.
Big Nasty Bastard was Big Show's nickname in WWE when he was feuding with Big Bossman
I keen this a I watched a wwe showcase censorship video and for Mania 2000 they changed the text from this to just big show
Sounds about right. I belive to recall it was right after he joinet frem WCW where they claimet he was a Bastard son of Arndre the Giant
@EvilChiId "he wasn't s'posed to know 😭"
I remember during one of the WWE games showcase modes they censored his "Big Nasty Bastard" shirt so it just said "big nasty"
Literally he wore that shirt to the ring
4:06 He does his taunt too! Ah! Dante...
Omg he does 🤣
Subconsciously he knew
Made me furious😂
I'm glad someone noticed that also. I'm just thinking, you just did his taunt. I was going crazy.
Glad I'm not the only one that noticed
As soon as I heard Ragin Cajun I knew it was Lash Leroux, as when he joined Misfits in Action in WCW he was known as Corporal Cajun. I feel like the two of you should pick a random WCW PPV on the network and watch it to see the insanity us WCW fans lived through.
Or go watch reliving the war series on wrestling bios channel to see the whole monday noght war week by week
Never heard of him!!!
Ahh yes, the Misfits In Action, lead by the brilliantly named Hugh G. Rection!
The Artist Formerly Known as Prince Iaukea. The Maestro. Berlyn. 3 Count (featuring Tank Abbott), Jung Dragons. Elix Skipper. Kid Romeo. The list goes on and on.
Mike Sanders lol@@gls8288
Dante not getting Taz was shocking. I think Tony Schiavone says it all time while commentary"We've the Human Suplex Machine Taz"
The fact that Dean Malenko's "Man of a Thousand Holds" was not immediately followed up by Jericho's "Man of a Thousand and Four Holds" was a missed opportunity
Not seeing u get 'excellence of execution' and 'the bad guy' hurts lmao
The show was called "Beast in the East" and it was Brock Lesnar wrestling in Japan, and most the most notable note from that show is that they used that show on Tough Enough to show that Velveteen Dream/Patrick Clarke was the only one to stay up and watch it.
Pretty sure the most notable thing from that show is Finn Balor winning the NXT title, not some segment from Tough Enough. Lol
@@fazzle1 I'm not saying Finn winning the title wasn't a big moment, it was, but I'm looking at it from the perspective of "What moment was used from that show over and over" for months to come.
Finn winning the title was a big moment. But that one clip from Tough Enough was replayed on Raw/Smackdown, as well as commercials for the show for months afterwards. All because WWE at the time was heavily promoting Tough Enough.
NXT was HHHs baby. Unless you watched NXT weekly, you'd never hear about it on the main shows.
Bam bam.in wcw was the beast from the east. When he was with ddp n kanyon
@@Secretasiandan1 Yes, I know that. I was saying that Beast in the East was a ppv type event that solely focused on Brock, which is why they got confused.
Idc what anyone says the only enforcer is double A
Stache club wrestling “The Narcissist “ once the gimmick Luger had when he debuted in WWE.
And the funny part he went from that to the all American replacement of hulk hogan
And he ruined his own push by getting drunk and telling people at the bar @@Zombiekilleryamato
Yeah that one was easy honestly
No he debuted as “Narcissus” some Greek polish dude, then immediately became the Narcissist Lex Luger.
I remember the Brain verbally fellating Lex
I actually know Lash LeRoux. He actually lives in my hometown. I sat and listened to him tell stories of him fighting alongside Chavo and winning the WCW Tag Team Championship
After Friday they should start calling The Rock the narcissist 😂
I am gobsmacked you guys didn't know Bret Hart's 'Excellence of Execution'.
Good pull on Dean Malenko 'Man of a Thousand Holds' though. When Jericho had a rivalry with Dean in WCW Jericho called himself 'The Man of 1004 Holds' and during a promo he started listing off all his holds he has, but every 2nd or 3rd one he would say armbar.
Nah, it was 1004 holds
@@victorstewartjr.106 I thought that's what I wrote. Thanks, I fixed it
@@victorstewartjr.106 I really want someone to use the Saskatchewan Spinning Nerve Hold, or the Shooting Star Staple Super Press, or the Right Handed Punch.
I love how John never got the idea that this was a late 90’s early 2000’s quiz 😂
Neville says hi
10:17 Dante's face here lmao
Can I ask you a question what does that mean when you say in text lmao what does that mean
I'm honestly kind of stunned how few of these you guys actually knew. Time to hit some old Silver vision tapes, fellas.
The term Narcissist is named after the Greek god Narcissus, who is known in mythology for being self-centered, particularly in terms of his physical appearance
Got 18 right, only missed Sting and Arn Anderson. John and Dante definitely showing their young age on this one 😅
I'm three questions deep and you guys are breaking my heart
I love the videos you guys do.. but this was brutal to watch and it’s only 3 questions in.
Sweep City, whoo! Thanks to the quiz maker for putting in early-mid 90s wrestlers. Always appreciate the nostalgia. 😅 Plus it's fun seeing the guys either learn or be reminded of old school wrestling history.
OK that wage round was something evil. I love how the sender put in guys from all eras just to fuck with John and Dante.
I like when they send in a quiz with a jobber from WCW as the wager when these 2 were born in 98-99.
@@kurtmoser4299 Doesn't matter. They should still know their history or have their fan cards revoked.
I will always remember Rick Martel's Nickname "The Model" because I had a manager with the same name at a gas station right after highschool. he would always joke about being "the Model". LOL
Dean Malenko had a feud with Jericho back in WCW, where Jericho wanted to one up Malenko, so he referred to himself as "The Man of a Thousand and Four Holds".
38pts following the wager.
Was talking with my (17yr old) son during this one about how certain quizzes give you an insight to when a person's wrestling fandom began, especially wish some of the old nicknames being attributed to current-day wrestlers.
Good quiz, great video.
"If you got it right I dont believe you" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Where can we submit quizzes for you? Been watching wrestling for over 30 years and absolutely love your content. Keep em coming!
Im a big wrestling fan and i have never heard of the raging cajun lol thats a new one for me. But a big fan of you three. Keep on making great videos
Chiampa is also called the Blackheart, but idk if it's spelled the same.
He is the reason they took Shotzi's last name away.
Its not...its spelled how you spelled while Owen used the HART name
@@jfdrac it doesnt matter how its spelled. They said it put loud
Yes and that is why usually if its a variant spelling Sophie will spell it out or they will question it. Dante didnt want to say as he worried he woudl give it away @@owenjames8575
@@owenjames8575 It does matter how it's spelled. Owen Hart was "The Black Hart", since he had the nickname when he was still part of the Nation of Domination black militant faction as the only Caucasian/white guy in the group. Ciampa was "The Blackheart", because he had stabbed his DIY tag team partner/best friend Johnny "Mr. Wrestling" Gargano in the back to become a dastardly heel.
@TherealRNOwwfpooh you are just arguing Semantics, in terms of actually saying it, there is no difference.
This was a wonderful quiz. I actually was doing pretty well on it until the last question. I had no clue who the Ragin Cajun was/is.
Great quiz. Hope to see more of these
The Man of 1,000 Holds instantly brought me to Jericho's Man of 1,001 Holds promo.😂
I was screaming at my phone a lot during this one lol how did you not get bret hart as "the excellence of execution" lol
Aww.. great quiz.. because I’m older than you, knew this quiz easy. Though Dean was also known as “the Iceman”. Lash Laroux would have been great in today’s wrestling.
I was ALMOST to the front steps of my place at Sweep City........but tripped on the sidewalk thanks to the wager round.
lol as soon as I saw The Ragin' Cajun I was like "there's no way they're getting Lash LeRoux".
😂 same
Had to think a while about the last one. Figured out Lash Leroux after a few minutes. Gotta love wcw
Any video with own hart and Scott hall is just to Sweet! Chico!
I love how John had 2 Dante moments and Dante was so shocked lol
Would really likey to see some watchalong content from you guys. Mostly wrestings from the 90s, it would be interesting to see your reactions to some of the things you haven't seen from the past.
Big Nasty Bastard was Big Show’s nickname around 2000, before he got sent to developmental.
The back of the shirt said, “Which Way Did He Go?” This was Shane’s phrase.
Lash was a hell of a pull for the wager. Especially since these guys struggle with knowledge of the big name talents from before the 2000s, so more obscure acts like Lash is just pure deer in headlights for them.
Great video guys!!!
This was a great quiz for guys like me who grew up on old WWF in the mid 80s and early 90s. The only one I missed were Sting being the Vigilante believe it or not and the ridiculous wager question. All the rest were layups for me.
Thanks for the videos!!!
I died a little inside when you missed Bret Hart being The Excellence Of Execution
Perfect score! Easiest quiz so far.
I love the quizzes about the old guys.
Big Evil was Undertaker’s gimmick in the early 2000s. It’s TECHNICALLY just the American Badass still, but it was during his heel run where he cut his hair short. It was still the American Badass but he’d do super evil and sadistic things and showed signs of the old undead Undertaker still. He chained Hogan to his chopper and drug him around the arena, he’d beat people to a bloody pulp for fun, go after people’s families in feuds (like with Ric Flair he attacked his son to get get to Ric), and just be overall sadistic. He also had some killer matches during that run with Lesnar, Angle, Rock, etc
Heel Undertaker was very underrated.
Undertaker he was a good wrestler the undertaker that's my favorite wrestler he was one of the best
You can tell the creator of the quiz is late 30s early 40s. I nailed almost all of them being a fan since Rumble 93.
Lash Leroux.... never thought I'd see him pop up in one of these.
Lol you guys need to brush up on 90s wrestling. Definitely recommend watching the OSW Review video podcast if you ever want an awesome rabbit hole of entertainment. Love your quizzes!
Dante just shutting his mouth on The Blackhart was the best part of the video
To be fair John was on to somthing and because Sophie didnt mention the spelling Tommaso would have been acceptable
Some of these older ones really show how young you guys are lol...and the fact I got to Sweep City makes me feel old as fuck 😂
Same here
Damn that Narcissist definition sounds a lot like The Rock. Lol
Got my first Sweep City! Helps that all these names came from my era of hardcore fandom. Audibly laughed at Lash Leroux being the wager.
Oh this one was painful lol. Not just on their end, but on mine for making me feel ancient getting 90% of them haha
Loved the video guys 🤝
I was there on Friday night when the rock returned and it was electric in that building 🔥
With that being said…..
#WEWANTCODY 🙏
I only knew Lash Leroux from a random episode of the Deadlock podcast lmao
Nice, that Lash LaRoux was the wager. I got sweep city, baby!
Haha that was so old school, got em all but big show😜 but then I am 43😂
this entire quiz i've been yelling at the screen. sigh. I went sweep city on this one.
The excellence of execution was a gimme!
SWEEP CITY BABY, I was one of very few people who stuck with WCW in its late days. Lash LeRoux was also known as Corperal Cajun in the Misfits in Action
I only missed a couple, and i definitely knew Lash LaRue. Used to love him back in the day. He joined Hue Morris stable when he was general huge e rection, he was corporal Cajun
Dean Malenko used that nickname when he had a feud with Chris Jericho back in WCW! When Dean used the nick, The Man of a thousand holds, Jericho started calling himself the man of a thousand and four holds!
Hard work pays off, dreams come true. Bad times don't last, but BAD GUYS do.
Every time i watch their videos, it reminds me that im getting older. And im not that much older than them.
I feel like my generation did our research of wrestling generations/eras before us more than this current gen. When they had to think about bret hart's nickname AND GOT IT WRONG.... i was done! Lol 😂😂😂
Good luck everyone and good luck to John and dante
Come on Dante. Every week on Dynamite Excalibur introduces Taz as the human suplex machine.
WHedn he was feuding with Malenko in WCW, Chris Jericho called himself "The Man of 1003 Holds" and he would come to the ring with a scroll of paper and announce what holds he was a master of.
Man I had no idea Umaga had passed away. Looked him up after the quiz only to see he passed in 09 :(
Love these guys but I knew once Sophie gave the wager there was no shot they were getting WCW legend Lash LeRoux😂😂😂
The 90's ones they missed were so easy for me and I had no clue on more recent ones that they got easily 😂
I only knew it was Lash Leroux because of his time as "Corporal Cajun" in MIA.
Almost Sweep City... somehow forgot Solo is called the Enforcer
How do you forget that Solo is the Enforcer? Michael Cole says it about 5 times every show
For the blackheart one you were thinking of All Heart Blake Christian when he was in NXT
9:35 That's hilarious man Roman Reigns? 😭😭
"the Man of A thousand Holds" *Sad ARM BAR noises*
Big E...vil , that kills me
Big Nasty is what WWF called Big Show when he first arrived in WWF
I knew them all except the new Samoan enforcer guy. I’ve watched very sporadically for the last 20 years. Lash Leroux I knew immediately - he had a lot of televised matches during the last 2 years of wcw.
Fir the 1st one I was thinking either Kevin Nash or Big Show, Nash because I remember HBK mentioning in his 1st book that sometimes Nash would intentionally give ppl a hard time to get a reaction out of them, and that was the name for it within the kliq.
The Big Show had the Big Nasty Bastard nickname in WWE around 2000-01 or around that time frame.
My second Sweep City residency in the last 3 quizzes
I’m surprised they didn’t remember “Say hello to the bad guy!”
As a wrestling fan since the New Generation days. I feel validated by this quiz. 🙂
Big Show wore a shirt with it on in WWE...great shirt too.
Perfect score, only one I wasn't sure about was the wager
Remembering the classic Jericho Man of 1001 Holds promo would have helped with Malenko.
Feels like you two are just too young for a lot of these. Good quiz actually.
There is only one enforcer and that is Arn Anderson. He is and always will be the original enforcer
This might be the only time I remembered an older wrestler but couldn’t remember a current one (outside of theme music).
Easiest "Sweep City" ever for me!
haha same
I think this was my 4th Sweep City 😁
It also aged me tremendously 😂
