I've been a fan since 2003 when Doubt Me Now first came out and Phinally Phamous is my favorite Wyte album. The first time I heard him was the same time I met my dude named Evan. He played "crash da club"and he became my best friend a few months later. He and I were supposed to see Wyte with Project Pat around 2011 and Wyte never showed up, so I was really disappointed since Wyte is my favorite rapper but Pat did a double set to make up for it. My dude died in 2017 and I always think of him every single time I hear music from any HCP artist. I want to meet Wyte and I really hope to before I leave this Earth. #RestInPeaceEvan
Bringing back classic memories in my life with these album titles. I remember exactly where I was when I first saw the cover of doubt me now and I remember bumping Phinally Phamous riding up West 10th in Indianapolis 💯
It's a blessing to here you talk about growing up with your kids.Your kids help you grow as well as yourself.Through the years I've grown and listen to pretty much all 3 6, hypnotized minds artist and it's a blessing I guess you could say. I still have most of all lil wytes old music on my desktop computer hard drives. Like back when we was downloading music off limewire etc till this day I still listen to dude music. I’m 30 years old now !
Takes me back to the first time I heard that dukes of hazzard track. I was like Yooo. I’m a fan my g. Thinking back to that topic of Asylum records, hell, even Chingo Bling was on there.
Distro bs man ... Same issues with alot of fire music esp in rap genre from those 98 to middle 00s years.. From 2002 when the mp3 thing had blown up crazy ... All the licensing issues came in and now when you want all these albums and mixtapes on streaming platform ... They aren't there cause it's complicated getting the whole thing cleared and setup legit for distro on streaming platforms ... If you put something out today, it couldn't be any easier ... From recording high quality music for free compared to back in the day ... To setting everything up legally, with both artist and producer get paid correctly ... Literally all it takes now to do that is making an account with a site like distrokid and once you puyt your bank account details in there... Start streaming everywhere, they do all the hard and legal work ... Artist and production just get a check deposited in their bank once a month .... Before all this you couldn't do anything even close to this without first getting an paying entertainment lawyer first off ...
world will never know how many people like me downloaded his stuff back in the day but he was very famous on the internet. unfortunate for his commercial success because of that era but it just takes one run of his beats to kick people back to 2003
I remember when I first started listening to lil wyte someone told me he overdosed from OxyContin and for years I thought he was dead , untill he had a show near me and I was like what !!! I thought he was dead anyone else remember that rumor
My introduction to lil wyte, for those that know project pat laying da smack down cd bonus disc crash da club also introduction for frayser boy write a check with project pat.
So statistics showed us that from the original interview people would only watch a few minutes before clicking it off. Didn’t matter that we originally tried to shorten the clips they still weren’t short enough. So we pulled key factual points out and reloaded even shorter clips. And wouldn’t you know people watch them.
