When I was a young teenager singing and playing the guitar to the music of dylan, bad company, deep purple, scorpions, bread, steve miller, including oldies like temptations, bee gees, beatles, troggs, kinks..all kind of everything, my older sis who was intellectually disabled - couldn't bathe, dress or feed herself, knew which was good music and would rock in her chair and transport herself to another world. A change from the meaning Dylan gave it, but it fits for this too.
