OMG 100K+ VIEWS!!! This really blew up in a way I was not expecting. SO. INFO BELOW:
-Project Cradle is currently in development, has been for about a year and a half, and is slated for release sometime in 2026
-It's inspired by Sonic 3&K/Mania, DKC2, Portal and Tony Hawk Pro Skater
-You can play the projectcradle dot net demo in desktop and mobile
-Aiming for the final game to also be on desktop (Steam/itch.io) and mobile(Play Store/the apple one too if I can find a phone to test that on), as well as whatever consoles are popular upon release if I can
-Player character (HelperBody) is a baby kangaroo
-Big tank mom (HollowBody) is a mama kangaroo
-The music in this game is made by Distorted Schematic. Everything else is me.

@@dolphin1418As somone who has not worked on this project and has no affiliation with the people who are working on the project, the robots are canonically breedable, what do you think that big wheel is for? Don't worry, the inside is gyro-stabilized, it's only the exterior plating that spins.

God I love a good humanoid robot design, love how the baby is comparatively less humanlike and feels more like a toy like most tiny robots do. The concept is also really fun

@@ShazyShaze Now that you've said it.... yeah, she does have both legs and wheels. I would guess the legs (and in turn, her feet) are used for the railings, and the wheels are for the ramps?

I have rewatched this trailer enough times that I have officially lost count, the gameplay looks super fun and fluid, and the music and sound effects are pure dopamine fuel. This trailer alone has become my new stim video for the next week,

Played the demo and, despite some struggles with the momentum physics and controls, I loved it! Got a lot of potential here, and with a bit of refining I see it going far.

(context: 'Segapede' is a cancelled game of the sonic series, theres a protoype and concept made by S.T.I)

@@ShazyShazeI wish to mention, as someone who hasn't played that game either, that this game does feel much less intimidating to play than Pizza Tower! As in, I feel I can actually know what comes next and act accordingly without having previously memorized the level. Take this with a grain of salt: as I said, no pizza tower experience here so idk what it's actually like

Jokes aside though: this looks awesome. This could definetely be the next pizza tower if you work on it for like 4 more years like pizza tower lol. One thing with pizza tower is though that it has such a unique artstyle, and i dont think this game has a unique artstyle.
