Who wouldn't like the 4 at a time Flying Geese technique!
I have always loved this block. But never actually sewn it. My favorite one is the Grey's with the gold colors in the quilt at the start of this tutorial
I just bought this pattern along with Filigree layer cake and Even More Paper fabrics. With this tutorial under my belt, I can't wait to sew this together! Thanks Brigitte
I love your patterns and fabrics!
I just LOVE your videos
Thank you so much! ❤
I love my wing clipper ruler. Nice to find a pattern to use some of my layer cakes.
Thank you very much for this pattern. I like a larger amount at the top of my geese, maybe up to a half inch. I want my geese tips to be seen from across the road. Therefore I do waste some fabric and use the flip and sew. It gives me the look I want.
You make this look so easy that the hardest part might be to pick the fabric!
Yes, probably, and then again, just this part is so much fun!
You should have way more subs. Love your work.
What a fantastic tutorial! Thank you for making it look so easy. Definitely going to try this technique and pattern.
What a great technique - thank you x
Easy to follow directions...Thank you. Looking forward to your new fabrics
Love your technique for marking the lines. Truly a "why didn't I think of that?" moment!
Very good instructions and helpful. Thank you. Sandra B.
Thank you, Brigette for making the flying geese technique more user friendly! This is such a great pattern and I can't wait to try it.
Yes, it is really fun to sew!
I have only recently found your fabric and patterns, I absolutely love your fabric and quilt designs, and appreciate the very thorough information you pass on to us. You are so inspiring
🦋🌺😀
Thanks for the kind feedback!
Great tutorial and I love the way you made flying geese! I'll have to make some flying geese now. Thank you!
Brilliant technique for doing flying geese! Love this pattern, I'll have to add it to my list. 😊
Thank you!
Awesome video beautiful quilt!!!!! Love your choice of fabric and FM too!!!!!! Thanks for showing your techniques very much appreciated!!!! Very inspirational!!!!
I love your fabrics and your pattern thank you for your tutorial!
I am so in love with this pattern. I have purchased it and the fabric. Just haven't had time to make yet. Watching this video makes me excited to get working on it. Thank you!! 😊
I'm glad the video makes your fingers itching :-)
Another great tutorial , I love your news print fabric and the glasses quilted on the quilt , as far as which i like best well i like them all, your fabrics and designs are just beautiful Thank You for sharing your world with us.
Love your fabric and pattern designs!!! Beautiful and striking.
Thank you so much
I have the Red Geese quilt kit! Can’t wait to make this!
Have lots of fun sewing this project!
I am relatively new to quilting but wanted to put yet another skill set under my belt - flying geese fit the bill. While the pattern itselfdoes not seem terribly complicated, the choosing of the fabric
Great to hear that you're expanding your skills with quilting! Choosing fabric can definitely be a fun and creative challenge, but the sample suggestions should provide helpful guidance. Happy quilting!
I love the quilted glasses 😍
I have Quotation on pre-order. I love the colors.
Great tips - thank you!
Love your fabrics, your style, everything! I have Christmas projects planned using your beautiful Mochi linens, and think I will use this pattern for Christmas as well.
Very good chanel
I love your fabrics. This is a great pattern And great technique. The background music is extremely annoying. What’s the purpose? Thanks, in spite of my complaint!
I really love this quilt. I’m new at quilting and I really like this pattern. Will I be able to make it in king size? Don’t laugh at this question lol!
Yes, of course: There are basically two ways: 1.) add more blocks in the same manner until you reach the desired size. 2.) Enlarge the blocks so you get the desired size (this needs a bit of math in it)
I love your modern aesthetic and your gorgeous fabrics. I appreciate your tutorials as well. I implore you though, to eliminate the music from your videos. I competes with your words and overwhelms your voice sometimes. I would really like to hear what you're saying without struggling. Thank you!
Yes, please reduce or eliminate the music it’s a terrible distraction, your tutorials happily stand alone…
Hi- I love this pattern and can't wait to make it. I purchased the pattern and Filigree fabrics. one question- which fabric line are you using that has the black dots with the blue dots? Also the multicolored dandelions. Thanks, Nancy
Hi Nancy! Thank you for your comment. The fabric line featured in the video is called FRAGILE. It was released a few years ago and is now almost sold out. Enjoy making the pattern with your Filigree fabrics! 😊
@Zen Chic Quilting thank you for the reply. If it's OK I will send you a picture of the finished quilt.
@@nancymorgan1050 Yes, I would really love to see what you create!
Thank you for designing easy patterns. Where can I buy this pattern?
Thank you Anderia, you will find the pattern here bit.ly/2FHWYPl
I purchased the PDF pattern for twisted geese. The Square cutting instructions are not correct. It says the Large squares are 8 1/2" x 8 1/2". Small squares 5 1/4" x 5 1/4". The overlap is too large with these dimensions. So frustrated!
Susan the 8 1/2" squares are not the ones you use for the flying geese. Use the layer cake squares and the 5 1/4" squares for them
It’s says free and why isn’t it?
Love the pattern, but had problems checking out, so I'll pass.
Lindo proyecto, pero no entendí ni pío
