Grows tall & spindly because it's seeking light -- if gown indoors bring the grow light MUCH closer to the plant until the stem can be hardened off.

Sorry to hear that. Not all seeds germinate so maybe next time soak multiple seeds in paper towel, leave it for a few days and then only plant those seeds that germinated.

I should have used a bigger pot. But it could also have been something about the seed because there was plenty of underutilized space in the pot.

Dont harvest to early! If you do it will turn out crunchy but it will also taste bitter, it’s what happened to my dad😅
