    • @mannycartagena4760
      @mannycartagena4760 8 лет назад +1

      +Diogo Simões A scapegoat, maybe. I'm sure there were others running some of the same type of doping programs he did. But the way he tried to destroy people's lives and the lack of remorse he still shows about it, is inexcusable. But as far as I'm concerned he still was the best rider of the Tour de France 7 times over. It was a tainted 7 times, but everyone was doping. And I don't give a shit about doping. The only reason it affects the "legacy" of athletes is because its against the rules, meaning if one is doing it and the others aren't, there is an unfair advantage required. But if everyone had that unfair advantage of blood doping, isn't he still the best, even if its among the doped?

    • @PIERCED6966
      @PIERCED6966 8 лет назад

    You've captured my emotions about Lance perfectly. After all, he rose from a deathbed to compete and complete the world's toughest athletic event 10 times. Then started a foundation that raised a half billion dollars to fight cancer. I certainly don't condone what he did - but there is more than a little inspiration and goodness in the man ...

    Extremely inspirational, Lance Armstrong is one of my idols... He teaches you not to give up, there's people at home sitting on their ass that decide to do something like go for a run and give up easily, then never try it again. Lance didn't give up when he was on the verge of death, so why should you give up on running?

I am a brainstroke survivor and i know how it feels to see youself as a patient laying in hospital bed. Lance has been framed as doper by some real losers. This commercial is so good. Lance is an incredible athlete...maybe the best after you consider what he has overcome. People call him a doper b/c cancer patients are put on "steroids" to help rebuild the body from the treatments. So...people that call him that should really look into cancer a little more.

  • @kaelan15

    skrew you, lance was good from the begginging, he used to ride and run marathons and was beating fully grown adults when he was a mere 15 year old, it shows that he is a born athlete. jordan was born for basketball, gretzky for hockey, pele for footy, and armstrong for cycling.

    A fraud.
    That I couldn't let it go.
    They could say whatever they want.

      @@NewShockerGuy they didn't put the genes into their own body though. All those cyclists put those substances in their body. Some of them coerced but still. I don't have any sympathy for lance or anyone who got busted. They knew the rules and knew they were breaking them. The problem i have is that a lot of people running the organizations such as the aso and uci weren't brought to justice. They knew lance was doping and tried to cover it up. I don't care if athletes dope. But if the rules say don't and you do it w/o fighting the rule first, i can't garner much sympathy. Plus lance was a terrible human being to some people trying to destroy their careers and bully them. I will say this though. Anyone who thinks lance didn't train hard are moronic.
