    Love this !! I have 2 boys and have struggled to lose weight. My youngest will be four this year, so I'm really trying to focus on better health . I have 35 lbs. I'd like to lose. Thank you for sharing your accomplishment. It's a huge inspiration 🎉

    I’ve been weak for decades; I recently started drinking soup made with bone broth; it’s working.

    Congratulations!!! I am so proud of you!! I have been noticing your weight loss on your last few loc videos. Knowing your body; listening to it and knowing what works for you is key. I am 57 years old and I have lost 28 pounds over 5 months. Mostly from waking up and working out. Kudos to you!!

    This is amazing good job I started incorporating intermittent fasting into my life as well and some push ups planks and cardio workout ❤❤ you look amazing and congrats

    Try not add sugar to your tea in the morning as that sugar counts as food & will start your metabolism. But I’ve tried intermittent fasting & it really helps, I drink black coffee or a herbal tea.

      It’s such a small amount of cane sugar (2 teaspoons) that in the big picture it won’t have a significant impact on my metabolism. The benefits of drinking green tea outweigh any possible downsides of sugar for me. Koodos to you for drinking black coffee! I could never. I’d get shaky and anxious lol.

      You must do what’s suitable for you & it’s working. I also do the 2MAD intermittent method now & then good for detoxing the body. Good luck with the rest of your weight loss journey 😊🇬🇧

      The sugar breaks your fast but I understand it is very hard to drink the tea without anything sweet in it. Keep up the good work. You look great!

      @@hairhealthfitness3463I hear you. I have to do what’s sustainable for me and what’s working for me. I’m still in a caloric deficit which is really the main focus for weight loss.

    Thank you for this! I’ve been battling with my weight since October 2023. I’m currently 190.6 lbs my goal is 160 as well. I know I can do it but my mind is weak.

      You can do it! We both can. I honestly took a month break over the holidays because it was taking a toll on my mind. But now I’m back at it.

    A chocolate ice cream that I enjoy is the fudge popsicle they’re in a yellow box & they’re only 40 calories.
    Been looking forward to this video. I’m a home workout type of girl and dropped 10lbs this year. I have another 10lb loss goal moving forward

      I love the Yasso brand but they’re 100 calories 🥴 they didn’t seem to have a negative affect on my blood sugar when I use to test after eating them while pregnant. I’m going to have to try the ones you mentioned and the ones she mentioned since they’re lower in calories.

    Great work and motivating for sure! I also have 2 kids and wanting to lose 40 lbs. I developed high blood pressure after my 2nd.
    If you are breastfeeding, any insights on if intermittent fasting affects milk supply??

      I waited until my baby was a year to start intermittent fasting. I’m still breastfeeding, but he’s at the age where he is not relying solely on me for food.

    Congratulations! You look fabulous. I get lcrazy cravings before my cycle. Chocolate gives me cramps. But, sugar is what i really need to work on whrn I'm coming onto my cycle.

    Listen to your body. We aren't the same....something might work for you not to me. So this is try and error. No one size fits all.
