    1. Your clear pronunciation and smile face
    2. Perfect measurements with it's tips and ideas
    3. Appreciating yourself for the colour, consistency and final presentation.
    4. You love the food and treats the vegetables and ingredients as if they are your friends and relatives by talking to them.
    5. When making special dishes you recall the persons who taught you and appreciate other hotel or road side kadai foods also. It's shows your great heart and humbleness.

      Sambar is the most complex thing for me... Have been cooking for the past 10yrs but getting that, aromatic n tasty sambar is still a challenge... Followed many chefs recipes but not satisfied with the result.

    In my child days poori was a dish which is prepared only on the festival day r when some relatives comes home. Means once in four to five months I use to have it fast as much I can this reminds me those days.

    Dear sir, over the last few months, I have been trying all your tiffin combinations... Adai- Aviiyal, Rava dosai-green kara chutney, Rava idli- green kuruma and the latest Poori- saagu. They all turned out awesome. I was able to identify and correct the little things that I was doing wrong before. While I admit that trying fancy/exotic dishes at home has its own appeal, the immense happiness of doing an everyday dish to perfection is unparalleled and for that I am very grateful to you.     Made this today fir my bothers and sis in laws.
    The Sagu was amazing.
    Very simple recipe and flavourful.
    I added rava to the puri dough because I prefer crispier puri - came out well.
    My husband and family enjoyed them.

    One thing, கடலை எண்ணை பொங்கும் அல்லவா? எப்படி பயன் படுத்துவது. We have stopped using that because of that. We are using only refined oil for frying. As you said ground nut oil is very healthy. But பொங்குவதால் பயமாக இருக்கு.
