I went to Kaplan; but Pan School helped me pass the exam. I didn't find Travis until I realized I was not understanding a few of the concepts explained by Kaplan. Travis has charisma and is quick witted; which makes for less zoning out while watching.
what is the pan school? Loving Travis but the wrong state for me.

I'm right there with you! In fact, I plan on taking all of my post and CE with Pan! I really don't think Travis understands how amazing an instructor he really is.... or if he does he's very modest about it!

I have really struggled with the test (both class and boards) I am a bad tester and have been since birth. These videos have helped me sooo much! I wish I would have watched them sooner. My test is Tuesday!

If a tenant moved out and didn’t receive a summary or security deposit within 30 days,are they entitled to their entire refund now??
What if the lease is exactly 3 years? Does it still apply?
I would say no because it applies to leases that are longer than 3 years but I'm sure you can find the answer on google.
