- On November 11th, we left for a 3 day blacktail hunting trip which turned out to be a week long adventure.
I cannot emphasize enough that our little predicament in the bush was minor in comparison to what was going on with flooding on BC highways, vehicles being washed away, homes destroyed, etc. Thank you to everyone in our tribe and everyone who helped us along the way. Спорт

Wow! Glad you are okay! Thanks for sharing the video.
Thank you!
Nice wok dude, enjoyed that!
Glad you all made it out safely!
Thank you!
Crazy!!
Great video caddisguy! I saw a tiny bit of the fiasco from the Hope side but this sure shows the perspective of being completely cut off out there. As you said, a great crew that by chance you ended up with there cool heads kept you guys safe ;) Salty- HBC
Thank you Dan O! I am glad I remembered to flick on record here and there. Circumstances aside, a lot of memories to cherish there... you know, like "that guy" (think he goes by Salty, or "Dan's Offroad Recovery") who white knuckled the highways all night and came busting through the washouts first light next morning to locate and scoop up refugees ;)
WooooW!
Wow! That’s crazy! Great job documenting your experience. I’m assuming you got your Jeep through ok.
Thanks to a fellow named Ed and everyone who helped build the path. Jeeps stayed with the HBC member who took me and my brother (and two others) in. We just picked them up on Sunday via the #7.
Amazing footage of the washout. Awesome team cooperation and congrats to all the stranded getting yourselves out! 😃👍
Looks like you were prepared and had a great group with you. Thanks for getting the footage and sharing. Just amazing what mother nature can throw at us. Good to see you made it out safely!
Thank you. Great group indeed. I learned from this. I'll be swapping out some items I always keep in the jeep. Foldable shovels and backpack hatchets have their place (and nice the fit under the seat) but I'll riding with full size tools from now on and carry extra fuel.
