Great video! Lots of people just like to have expensive gear without understanding anything about it. In my opinion you need to have a training bike if you can’t afford having 2 bikes, therefore Road is a better option then once you have trained enough and you still can afford only 1 bike then you upgrade to a TT. Perfect world 1 road 1 TT. Thanks a lit guys great video!
TTs are very demanding at the low back and knee level. In addition, they are difficult to handle, almost impossible when riding in the bunch; this is the reason they are not allowed in road races.
@@xyz123-n9m Thanks for this information! I assume then that, considering the rules are changing so all triathlon races are draft-legal, than (as aerobars will be illegal) the style of TT/ triathlon bikes will change too? (e.g. loosing the aerobars that will become illegal)?

Team Tri bike, I’ve robbed my derailleur off my road bike to upgrade me Tri bike 😂❤❤❤
It seems like TT (or triathlon) bikes are supreme in every way... so why don't all cyclists use them?!

@@poppymarianna8693 exactly, in draft legal races, bikes follow the UCI rules, so in fact they are road bikes
@@xyz123-n9m Right, so how come elite athletes are allowed to use TT/ aero bars in draft-legal races?! Sorry for all the questions!
@@poppymarianna8693 those aero bars are shorter than the no-draft races ones, they must not be longer than the brake levers.
