Many victims of sexual abuse comply with their abusers as a means of survival. It's known as the Fawn response. They realise quickly that the sooner they comply, the sooner the abuse itself will be over. This does not make it her fault at all, rather it speaks to the fact she was being groomed and coerced into aexual activity - because there was no safety, no consent, and no means by which she could safetly say no and for it to be accepted and respected.
