Absolutely marvelous Stan..Thank you for sharing this with me I've really enjoyed your walkabouts, keep, emcoming.
Started my NPS career in Grand Teton NP. Spent a lot of time fly fishing in Yellowstone, during that time. Some treks into back country. Some trips into Slough Creek. But nothing like you do. I love your videos.
Absolutely beautiful! Wonderful job sir, thank you for sharing! I’m definitely subbed!
Yay! A new Yellowstone video from Stan.Thank you for your presence and essence on the trail, with the animals and and in your videos. The grizzly and black mama bears with COY’s were a joy to view.
This collection of hikes is my favorite video of the few that I've seen. This one is art! Thanks for sharing.
As with the other videos you've made, this was incredible from start to finish! Bears right off the bat! I so enjoyed seeing all the animals, especially the bears and cubbies and woodpecker and otter, all of them actually. Thank you for this!!💓
I LOVED the bears for obvious reasons. Thank you.
Awwww the black bear cubs melt my heart 😍😍😍😍
Great shots here from start to end! The horses & cart were a surprise & I'm wondering whether the hikers & dog were in a potentially dangerous situation with that grizzly?
Every time you post a new video I get excited. You show Yellowstone better than anyone else.
Compilation of your best shots.
Don’t know this channel yet, but youtube did a great job suggesting 😍
Majestic Inspirations of Yellowstone ●Marvelous wilderness sights & sounds! A Fantastic Video!
wow.so much wildlife..thanks for sharing
Hello Stan,,,,....I just discovered your channel recently and was pleasantly surprised..Especially by a man of your advanced years(smile) covering as much ground as you do..I commend you for your love of wilderness and the bears, and other wildlife of both Yellowstone and surrounding wilderness ..I know you are a tough guy, you have to be to go where you go and I love the most striking images you bring into our/my home.Do you have a place where we could read an autobiography about you and how and why you do what you do..regardless I am grateful for your efforts and implore you to keep it up..Thank you sir..Norm Leeper
Once again, Stan.............thanks for taking us along on your terrific travels in that beautiful country. Are you still shooting with the Canon SX70? Your images seem sharper and more colorful...........maybe it's just the season.
Very nice video, well done!
Smart video .life come from life.
Magnificent Stan.
Thanks Stan
OMG that chicken is beautiful....
Best channel on U tube
How close were you to the black mom and her COYS around 1:58? It doesn't look like you were even close to her ORD, she didn't seem to acknowledge your presence.
Just started watching ur videos, have seen 3-4 and the scenery is awesome along with the wildlife to match....have an out of the norm question....in this video from :37 to :55, there is something big that is hiding just inside the woodline and is mirroring the bear. At :37 look for brown spot top left of brushpile at edge of woods, u will see it move and mirror the bear. My question is, have you had any encounters with Sasquatch/Bigfoot? Its not a joke, they are real, i have had encounters and a family member of mine worked on a govt project trying to study, capture, and find the origins of them back in the 90s...they are pretty much nationwide, but u are hiking in areas where they are more comfortable thus easier to spot....
What kind of camera and tripod do you use? Great video!
Dear Stan, what camera do you use on your hikes? Also, how far away are you from grizzlies and what protection do you have with you just in case? Thanks so much, Donna Hester
1:35- Underwear ruined.
I'd keep a 44 magnum handy.
I think it's weird that you're not allowed to carry a gun in the Park. Grizzly's are very dangerous and have killed lots of people. Who came up with the idea that bears are more valuable than people?
Alan Peterson YES YOU CAN 🤨
@@SEVENTEN97 That's news to me. The last time I was there, you were only allowed to carry bear spray. Which works most of the time, but I'd much rather depend on a .44 Magnum.
Alan Peterson Yeah you’re allowed to carry shotguns and caliber rifles and any hand guns
@@SEVENTEN97 Good to know. Thanks.
As a Montanan, I feel much safer with bear spray on my hip than a pistol. You are much better off! The last thing you want is a wounded and mad grizzly. Bears are so cool when encountered out in THEIR habitat. You are just a visitor!
It’s another success Stan ! Seeing you in the woods reminds me when I used to hunt . There is so much wildlife in Yellowstone...quite different here in Quebec.
Thanks for sharing these footage!
Merci !

This Has Got To Be ONE OF THE VERY BEST FILMS
YOU HAVE DONE!!!! LOVE IT!! YOUR THE BEST!!!
Couldn't tell what that surprise in the fog was. Love your videos. Thank you for sharing them with us.🙂
Love it, especially the moose. When I was quartered at Canyon, a cow moose would calve in the meadow in front of my room.
Outstanding! Really enjoyed all the wildlife! Wow! Thank you for your amazing videos!
Wow another beautiful spring time hiking adventure. Loved all the wildlife what fun times watching moms with there babies. Green lush spring scenery, looking forward to spring now after watching this great video. Thank you, much!!!
Great video as always. Thanks for sharing, Stan!
I love your wildlife videos, it's like being there.
I did hike Lamar valley and slough creek areas in june 2018 and saw all of these animals except moose. But ran into a heard of moose around Yellowstone lake a few days later.
Stan, the baby black bear in this video would be going on 3 years now if they survived. Do you recognize individual bears on your fantastic hikes?
Animals in Yellowstone must know you well, as you hike so much.
Thanks for adding the filming dates
Peaceful
Hi dear Stan, it seems like you avoid trails which are covered with dense forests. Is it because of any unwanted encounter with bears? am I right? thank you!
There is not many grizzlies in the dense forest, that is more black bear habitat. Plus you can not spot them very good because of all the trees. It is not because of an unwanted encounter; I am out there to see the wildlife and the dense trees make that hard. I do run into bears in the trees often enough but they run out of sight before I can get a good view of them and almost never a video.
thank you for bringing this to us...
Nice wildlife shots enjoyed your adventure.
Thanks for sharing your awesome experience. Have you ever seen the white elk?
I don't think I could hike where there are grizzly bears. How can you be so fearless?
What bird is that on top of the tree right in the beggining making noises? Does anybody know?
beautiful video! the best was that chicken? some wild bird that looks like a chicken?what is it?I never saw anything like that...does anybody knows?
Dusky grouse
Will the bears leave you alone if they see you?
They have always left me alone all my life.
