So very cool. Scarey & creepy at the same time and has the feeling of the subject title, and those red eyes....wow. Great job! I'm writing a book on my 35+ years in Security work and may try to incorporate this addition to my book. Thanks for showing us how the book guys do it. Like another commenter said, I also made one of these when I was a Kid, maybe in art class as well. But I do remember I have always been interested in print making, one of my most favorite toys when I was growing up was a ink press kit which had all the rubber stamps for the alphabet. It's funny how after 40+ years I still remember that. Thanks for a great video! I just saw (and shared) your video about the trip and hike you took to the woods in Ohio, where you found the hidden message on the rocks. That was way cool as well. Thanks again.

This is pretty cool! I wasn't even aware bookplates were a thing until today. It's a pretty interesting thing to do, if I say so myself.

I knew that’s what this was when I saw the black dog image in another video, the vertical lines on either side of the dog told me . I did one of these in High school Art class with a wildcat image. You can heat up the block with a cloths iron, makes it carve easier
