yeah bro I also do the same 10-20% to 100 that's how I like to charge and 87% is fine just try not to do heavy task while charging also your phone is a tool so use it don't worry much about these things I also used to worry a lot about battery life and all its just a tool if I keep worrying about it then it is not making my easier instead adding an additional element of tension
I am using iphone 7 form 5 years with 100% charging whlike using playing videos and stuff stil my Health is 88%💪🏻so its not about charging full at all
i figured out the problem of Battery is because of iphone getting switched off bcoz of 0% battery using so try not to breakdown your battery if u see 20% jst charge your mobile trust me Your health of battery would be fine
