What an odd path this melody has taken over the centuries! From Hassler to Bach to every hymnal in the Western Church, to Paul Simon, and now this lovely arrangement. You'd think such an arrangement couldn't possibly work, yet it does; and each composer/arranger's contribution to the total still rings through. The Ringmasters are to be complimented: a difficult job done very well indeed!

You guys are amazing - the sound is so smooth, you're so animated, and gosh it rings! And I gasped when you got to the word "blessed". Bravo! And come to London. PS You should check out Kurt Elling's version of this song - different, but also beautiful.

We could pick at Quartets all day. , Max Q and Realtime. I prefer The Suntones and Gentlmens Agreement over this group as well.This particular vid was recorded with excellent acoustics and sounds better than normal. Max Q has mature consistent talent. With the sweet ads, I prefer GQ for all around sound and pure talent. Peace
