Thank you…. Are the stops close to attractions ? We will be staying at Shinjuku and are not too sure which is the best stop to get on?

Yes. If you are staying in Shinjuku, it's very close to that location. I'm sure you'll have plans to visit Tokyo Station. On that day, you can take the TOKYO HOP-ON HOP-OFF Bus.
