      Wyatt,
      The key to finishing out a set or match is to keep your focus ON the match, in the NOW on one point and one shot at a time and AWAY from the future and your thoughts about the outcome, winning, losing, etc.
      When you stay in the NOW you'll stay calm and confident and play the kind of tennis you're capable of. However, when you focus on or think about the outcome of the set or match, you'll get nervous, tighten up physically, lose your confidence and play way below your potential!
