Getting stronger is my goal as well!! I love it! My husband has been giving me the workouts that he does and it is kicking my butt 😅 But I can tell a huge difference in my strength since I started lifting weights 🎉 And if you haven’t tried an assault Bike…OH MY WORD!!!! 🥵
