  • It is Mental health week so I thought it would be a great time to post my next video , in this video I talk about 5 techniques that I use on a weekly basis to cope and to feel better when I'm struggling so if I'm stressed or anxious, there are so many coping mechanisms out there and its all about finding what ones are best for you, everyone is different so different things work for different people. These things are very simple but so effective, for me anyway, I hope this video helps.
