First, we should stop telling ourselves that we are ill. No, you are not. You are perfect. No medicine can give us relief until we can fight with ourselves. When we go against nature, we will definitely be hurt. We should leave those things or acts that give us temporary peace because after those things, when the hangover wears off, we feel anxious and depressed. Why? Because we are finding peace in the wrong things. I'm here just to motivate and don't want to ask personal questions here because that is your life.
