    I start all lessons with exercises, they are necessary to warm up and strengthen the muscles. The basic exercise i do in 3 speeds. For beginners it is necessary to master exercises on the first speed and gradually speed up going to the second and third speed. If You do exercises for maintenance of physical shape and not for mastering professional dancing skills, do them in slow tempo and concentrate on breathing.
    Bend down with straight back and straight knee . This exercise helps to strengthen the muscles of back and strain muscles of legs.
