This is my favorite way to start my day. I have no idea how you make working out so relaxing (and yet I can feel my muscles working), but I always end these workouts feeling so peaceful and relaxed.
Loved the workout and the introduction! This is so important, to listen to our body, to have the intention of connecting with our inner selves, not just do pilates. Hannah, this is exactly the reason why I follow you, because you combine healthy gymnastics with spirituality.

I love your program so much! I think it would be so nice if you left some extra music at the end of your videos. I love to meditate at the end of your workout, but loud videos play every time your video ends. If there could be like five extra minutes, that would be so amazing. ❤

love it but each day pilates seems so short that I had to combine days together. It would be great at least 30-45 minutes long.
