Keeway 125 2020 won’t start fix

im having similar problems however i am getting fuel, i have air, i have spark, i have adjusted valves, when i first start it will idle but kind of sounds like a harley like its missfiring, then itll sort itslf out, ill leave it running to warmup for 10-15 mins, after starting it 5 times or so cuz it dies while idling, and once engine is red hot the issue completely dissapears, i have no idea what it is

All the noid test kits I see seem to have brand specific testers what ones do bikes use?

Do you know if other ECUs will work, for example ones off a lexmoto with the same part number?
