brings back memories I used to make a snow rink on my parents front lawn as a kid there would be snow and I would wate for the rain to come an I would make snow side boards I would also pack down the snow and take a waxed carpet sled and go on my knees on the carpet sled use it to compact & flaten out the snow the next day it would be compacted an lightly slippery snow I used to have the neighbourhood kids over to play street hockey on it there would be times I would catch the odd neighborhood kid playing on it when I wasn't out in Stratford, Ontario

Sounds amazing, I wish Vancouver had snow that stayed longer than a week
