Cannot thank you enough for your excellent instruction of this incredible pattern. It is what I have been looking for for some time now. I am using Peaches and Creme yarn to give it a whole new light weight look. I just finished my first section and even my husband is excited to see the finished product. His words are, " that will be 'gorgeous' when it's finished". I agree. Looking forward to seeing more of what you teach on and am thrilled with learning the fsc giving a clean edge.
This is beautiful, my daughter would love it. I'm definitely saving it as I have 3 ongoing projects right now, lol You've gotten yourself a new subscriber. Thanks so much for sharing.
Loved this pattern, bought a few from your site! Having the tutorial cleared up any questions I had since I’m still new to reading patterns. I made it with Soft & Shiny yarn from Micheals that I had in my stash. It’s a 4 weight and I thought it would be nice with the sheen of the yarn but it looks kinda clunky and the drape isn’t as nice as your’s! I’m going to try either this pattern or your Ruana pattern with Truboo from Lion Brand. I think the lighter weight bamboo blend will drape better! Thanks for a great pattern and tutorial!
you are very welcome! once you wash it, i'm sure the drape will look much nicer, or block it. I love steam blocking. ZZ twist didnt need any blocking, but many yarns do.
Hi I'm a newbie to crocheting, only done amigurumi so far but decided to do this lovely cardi. I have a problem though, I have completed it to the point where you start to border and I have 1 side of the front approx 6" longer than the other 😖🤔 is there anything I can do to put it right or shall i undo and start again 😫 thanks in advance x
Hi I’m fairly new at crochet I’m 5 xl. I’m a bit confused where I’m up to the shoulder part it states rows 3-4 1-4 1-3 does this mean do 3 to 4 row then do 1 to 4 rows and the a 1 to 3 rows. I’m loving it so far so please if you could help cheers Deb
So you don't start with a foundation chain your using the other I can't do that yet but om going to watch thru so I see your pattern and figure it out with a reg foundation chain
When it says repeat rows 1-4 at the beginning for a total of say, 7 times, does this include the first row? Making a total of 8? Or count the first row, making it 7 x

I am confused... I am at the shoulder part where you count and put a stitch marker at 89 as I am making the 2 xl, I do the 2 rows I am going to do the next row in the pattern but don't understand what is meant by 2xl/3xl Rows 3-4, I-4, I-3 what exactly am I to do?? Do rows 3-4 I understand but what is the I-4, I-3 mean? Any help will be greatly appreciated... Thank you in advance... Paula
Hi Pat!👋 I'm thinking of trying this. Thinking on what I have in my yarn stash to see if I have enough of the weight of yarn. I like the idea of learning another technique (stacked stitches) for my stitch repertoire. Let me know if you tried this pattern. 😉 - Stella
The video will help if you’re just following the written pattern. Basically, you are stopping about halfway, and turning so that you are not completing the entire row, just half
