    Don’ t forget they need to rise for minimum 60 minutes before they get into the oven:)
    What you need for 30 buns:
    Lussekatter / Saffron buns (30 buns)
    50 g yeast
    150 g butter
    250 g quarg / kesella /natural yogurt
    1 g saffron
    5 dl milk
    2 dl sugar
    1 tsp salt
    16 dl flour
    1 egg
    1 tbs milk
    Raisin
    225C for 8-10 min.
