    Ah, I always wondered why I play cricket shots with tennis rackets. Now I know the problem. 😅

    Edit: I had to stop playing for 2 weeks as my wrist was hurting from holding it too tight.😅

    Coach, please show us how to be ready for return rally. I often find myself too late or in wrong position.

    Regarding tip 3, looks like racket grip size you are using is pretty small. Is that true? Does this help?

    Hi, I was wounded if you might speak to the hand first instead of hip first as some online are advocating..

      @@JaiHasan-cj7jn As you come to make contact with the ball, I believe your hips should be leading the motion. Your racket hand should follow through the stroke, but it’s important that your body rotation and hip movement drive the power. Essentially, while your hand and racket moves towards the ball, the hip rotation leads the motion, this ensures that the power and stability come from your body rather than just your arm 👍🏼

    Take one part the shoes the sock yo be right . Before play walk for fifteen minutes . The stayback advise is easier to do. The fet feel ok in doing what you ask . . The water and other areas if I run two sets my weight drops this remives the blocks so do play and lose the weight refeed it's not possible to store it's like what ? The food empty Bad resee by hmm Monday my office day so less fir my feet a vegetable only as and nice day

    The timing improves dramatically by using masks when walking where the carbon fiber deposits in air is is well if clear it rises here to the nose so it's buss and walking no bikes cars or private transport
