Jk new item, the circle thing reduces your ults cooldown every time you kill/assist someone within 3 secs
@@Kassadin. yeah that I know but he ulted once, no reset, and got a 3 second cooldown. Or am I high?
@@Magamonair So he got a few assists before the start of the clip, so while his ult is up(reset) he has another one off cd because he got 3-4 kills/assists already
@@nightanic8486 oh I see, yeah that makes sense. Resets count as part of the CD so the item's reduction applies while his ult is still available. When resets are down, normal CD has already been consumed. That's kind of OP tbh

são 12 minutos de game e é um pyke 12/1, você realmente não acha que ele mataria o ez com qualquer outro item de letalidade?
o item reduz 25% do cooldown da sua ult, para ele fazer aquilo ali deve ter resetado a ult duas vezes, ou pelo menos participado em alguma terceira jogada. tipo vc entende que pra sua ult voltar o cooldown a 0 você precisa matar pelo menos 3 ou 4 players? e na prática o tempo que você usaria a sua ult de novo até a próxima teamfight, considerando o tempo de morte dos inimigos, você literalmente vai ficar com a ult UP contra ninguém vivo. Não faz muita diferença no mid-late game. Esse item é muito bom pra snowball mas depois dos 15/20 min não tem utilidade
