In Texas, beer and wine are distributed from the bottler, to the wholesaler, and then to restaurants and bars. Liquor, however, has an extra step. It travels from bottlers, to wholesalers, to retail package stores, and then to bars and restaurants. This law is outdated, and should be changed.
