      All lies bro. We have seen Giannis play injured. 2021 finals Giannis played injured. Last yr played injured and they want him to play injured too. It's up to Giannis to look after himself Cause these dudes won't. They don't care. In 2019 they said KD was good to go when in reality they put pressure on KD to play. Yes, they actually reported that KD was pressured to play injured.

      I don't believe what these dudes say especially when it comes to Giannis. In 2021, Giannis actually played injured. He even said it. Only Giannis, his family and Bucks organization and some nosey outsiders know exactly what's going I just don't trust them period.

    Very happy he did not pop his achilles but those calf strains are a difficult beast to tame for athletes. If Giannis is back in less than 2-3 weeks I will be very surprised. That's a very very tricky injury because it's so easy to re-injure it.

    good think it's not that bad. Also glad that it did not happen during the playoffs. At least now he has time to recover as much as possible and potentially not miss any playoff games.

    Strangely enough, it looked like that leg was affecting him all game before that; plenty of times he got pushed to the floor, he layed there for a bit and got up slowly

    • @Earl_E_Burd
      @Earl_E_Burd Месяц назад +3

      Yeah there was one play where he hit the floor hard, could hear it, then was slow for following few plays (the following time on offense he gave the ball up to Beverley who hit corner 3). Not sure if it was related but I saw some of that, too

    • @tonysobon4669
      @tonysobon4669 Месяц назад +2

      Yeah he has been playing hurt going into all-star break recovered a bit and then re-tweaked his calf/leg shortly after and just played hurt. It's why I am worried since this type of stuff is not really something you can play threw if it's bad enough.
      I feel like no matter who they play round one they will sit him the first game and try to get through the first round with him just in the mix to stay loose. It's doable ,

    It was a weird reaction to a calf sprain. He didn’t drag or try to stretch out. Just immediately fell to the floor. Weird

    If I'm Giannis I ain't coming back this year. It's way too risky. I'll take the summer to get back to 100% and be ready for next season.

    I've had a similar calf strain doing the same thing on the basketball court and it will take awhile to heal. It's going to be hard to walk for a couple of weeks.

    These guys expecting a calf strain to recover in 11 days? Yeah not happening. Probably can play with pain killer if he wants to but i doubt soft nba players would play through injury unless it’s game 6 or 7 in final

    @tonysobon4669 Месяц назад

    I do not like that the " glass is half full" is a rare example of Giannis just pushing threw it.
    Plus calf strain is not really something you can just push threw. It's about how bad it is.
    Finally do you risk it ? when I am not sure anyone really knows at this point what there chances are of making a title run. You hope they could just get by the first round without. This is one year that enough teams have shown they have good rosters and a first round maybe the hardest in years........
