Great video. My 3060 TI is still doing a great job for 2K gaming. I feel like a bit of a chump for paying $1300 AUD at the height of the pandemic but that was the best value RTX card at the time. I chose a new 3060ti, even though the 4xxx were available. No buyer's remorse, but I would have purchased an RX6700xt, if I were to choose right now. The current generation of cards (AMD & Nvidia) kinda suck, unless power efficiency and thermals are your thing. I don't think I will support Nvidia again. Even when their products are better, they are run by Jerks. I think about, EVGA. I think about the 'Hardware Unboxed' drama. To support that behavior would be like sticking with Jay Leno after the way he treated Conan O'Brien. Super happy that, Intel is improving, and sticking in there! (I was afraid they were going to quit, and drop out of the graphic card arena) I would much rather choose between, AMD & Intel.
If I was AMD I would be tempted to offer a "Super Happy" version of a popular card(Imagine a "RX-8600 Super-Happy xt") , just to make fun of Nvidia's "Super - ti" naming scheme.

I have decided to buy desktop in three months and i have struggled to choosing.
Old or not I am keeping my 3060 12G.
I just purchased a 3060 and not the ti not sure if that’s a good choice. I’m new to pc building 😭😭😭
@@prestomagicislife336 If you play 1080 then yes.
If you play 4K only if you play stuff like L4D2, Eve and Endless Space 2.
If you play 3440×1440 like me, some games must be set med-low or med-hi and get ~250fps in L4D2, 120 in Eve, 70-90 in GTFO, 100 in Fallout 4.
And amd provided us with frame gen so there's little reason to go for 4060ti
Only thing holding it back is 8gb ram, if it had 12 gb it would piss on majority of GPU's for price to performance. This is why AMD is very lucky.
I got a refurbished FE 3060 ti from Microcenter for $250
I just bought the 3060😭😭😭 it was on sale on Amazon. Not sure if that was a good choice. 299 and not 460
Relax bro, you have received a new quite powerful card that will provide you with an enjoyable gaming experience. install it and enjoy in your free time
always depends on the upgrade, i just got it as well as an upgrade for rx 480 4gb and i believe i made the right call, also was on sale about 300$ as well, cheers man and have fun
my 12700 and 3060 ti can still keep up in most games at mdium settings. l'll upgrade when the 5070 ti super comes out 😅😊
Just bought today 3060ti for 215 eur. Great deal, great card for the money.
So now you can use amd frame gen and fsr 3 which makes the 4060 a joke
I just bought a used one today, 30% cheaper than a 6750 xt
keep your 3060 TI and upgrade your cpu to 5700X3D
This guy deserves more subs, like if you agree

got my 3060ti few days ago for 230$ used on ebay great deal✊
Would u recommend it im still deciding to upgrade from a 3050
@@808meloo if i where you id save for a 4070 instead wont get much of a performance increase since u already have 3050
@@eddieharris6044 yea I was thinking about getting that one too
@@eddieharris6044 yea I was thinking about getting that card too what about graphic wise. Mw3 on 3050 looks kinda play doughy
BRO i DONT USE OFFICIAL LICENSED SOFTWARES AND GAMES. can AMD 7800 XT WITHSTAND BETTER OR RTX 4070. ? ALSO I USE ANDROID EMULATOR LIKE BLUE STACKS TO PLAY GAMES. SHOULD GO FOR 4070 OR 7800XT
7800 XT
Straight to the point. No antics or hysterical behaviors.
You don’t need too add any power.
My stock 3060ti overclocked 10% in fps just upping the frequency x2.
80/1000
Went from 99-102 fps all the way to 110-113fps in MW3.
Recommend you put your fan speed too 100% and using fresh thermal paste and keeping an eye on your temperature when attempting this.
Can’t speak for anyone else but I bought a 3060 cause it the least overpriced during the pandemic and now it sucks
Hahahaha title worth in 2024 but testing on 2019 and 2021 games hahahaha
Just buy the AMD RX 6650 XT. It’s 60-80 bucks cheaper and beats the RTX 3060 ti in every metric
Hello
replaced my 3060Ti to a 4070 Super. but still a great card for 1080p
I did the same, but sold it and I'm using 3060 ti again. Not worth price difference.
@@krecikowi Thank you for your comment. I have 3060ti and was thinking of 4070 Super as well but doesn't seem worth it.
@@TheLongWind Just really depends what type of person you are. If all you care about is 60+fps on 1080p on new triple A games and 144fps on competitive games a 4070 super wouldn't do anything for you but if someone is looking to upgrade to 1440p or wants push higher frames for 240hz panel for example 4070 super would be attractive to them.
@@TheLongWind it is absolutely worth it, my friend had a 3060 ti then he bought 4070 as upgrade and he was blown away cause it is roughly 40 - 50% faster.
@@krecikowi You bought a new 4070s then dumped it? Did you get your money back?
random results on 4070 all low
Just got a 3060ti for $250
Would u recommend it im still deciding to upgrade from a 3050
@@808meloo if u got the 12 gb version no
@@fanetoplay4256sadly it’s 8gb
I got mine for 390 shipping, tax and all.
The people telling you to get a 3060ti over 4060ti are doing you a disservice to make themselves feel better about their hardware. Just get a 4060ti lmfao. Its not that deep.
The 4060ti is obviously the best option in this comparison. Still, it's hard to get excited about a GPU that only outperforms its more than 3 year old predecessor by around 15% and for some reason only has 8GB VRAM on a GPU released in 2023. Honestly, I think if you're shopping at the $400 price point, the 7700XT is probably the better bet. It costs a bit more, but outperforms the 4060ti by around 25%.
@@HardcoreCasualGW2 Agreed, personally not a fan of FSR but at that price range you'd be stupid not to get AMD unless you plan on upgrading in a year.
@@HardcoreCasualGW2 7700xt is quite tier above 4060 ti and also expensive, at least here. 4060 ti is great card, I had it for a while to hold off a couple of months and few days ago I sold it, put another 1.4k$ or so to get 4090.
4060 ti makes a lot sense for those who are in the market to get a 1080p card, unless and of course you can get 3060 ti cheaper for less than 300$.
You mean that trash card with 128 bit bus width? No thank you
i have 3 GPU: rx6800 for gaming, rtx3060ti and rtx4070s for mining crypto
