This is funny! A guy who only buys cars at wholesale prices or less is attending an auction where prices are only retail and above, plus a few percent more for the auction house on both sides of whatever price is agreed to!

These dealers horse trade w/ one another till they get cars that are more fitting to their clientell.It works well,big city Ted trading w/ Joe shit the ragman over vehicles that just aren't practical, like low riders,hot rods etc.
