How to Make Orgeat Syrup (SUPER easy, 5-minute Recipe!)

I found this recipe in the most recent issue of Chilled Magazine, a free magazine with cocktail industry news and tips. The recipe was printed courtesy of "Tiki Master" Daniele Dalla Pola.
Homemade Fast Orgeat Recipe:
50 grams almond paste
50ml simple syrup
Dash of orange flower water
Put all ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth.

I just came up with recipe today, so I wanted to check if I was the first. Turns out I wasn't. Only difference is I used demerarra instead of simple. Cheers!

Fkn brilliant - never thought of this! Orgeat is basically liquid almond paste with orange flower water...

I like the thicker orgeat! Adds a body to cocktails. Definitely better than the store-bought orgeat syrups.
