Did I got this guitar a few months back and been battling cleaning it up adjusting pick up height but it’s just so flubby so much low end. It’s an enigma I love it though what height did ya go for in the end? It came setup with the neck around what you had but the bridge was way down too.. any tips?
I don't think pickup height will really be the culprit for flubbiness / too much bass. Probably easiest to set the pickup to a normal-ish height and then balance the EQ. Baritone guitars need some extra love on the EQ side to get the tone just right.
I would take out the knob selector and put in a 3 way toggle for the neck and bridge, and a mini switch for the piezo.
I'd also put in a kill switch if it was my guitar :)
First time I've ever seen a 3-way dial. It makes it look consistent but I enjoy my blade switches. Maybe I hate it less than a push/pull pot
Yeah, the knob was wild. Not sure I like it.

10:08 Out of curiosity: what are the other 6-string baritones?
I have a couple multiscale Legator guitars as well as a 1st run Ormsby with a baritone scale length.
