    Love the real-time follow along video. I am currently using your return to run program ,week 4, for post tib tendinosis. Should I do this after a run or on non run days with this injury? Also, 3x week?❤

      So happy you liked it! Definitely 3x/ week while you are recovering from PTT. Really depends on your time factor on whether you want to do on run days but if you do always run first and then do this routine second 🤙🏼
