Great video. Awesome shoes.
Thank you and thank you!!
I would go to the Space Needle when I was in Seattle.
Great footage Red! I’ve always wanted to go. I’ve been to Seattle, but I haven’t been to the Space Needle.
Thank you! The needle is def a must do the next time you go. Prob my fav thing I did there
Daymn, I want to live there
In Seattle or the Space Needle specifically?
@@BigRedJourneys Seattle! Watched a lot of videos about that city, love it
Wow thank you for making this video , I love the views ! I plan on coming to Seattle for a vacation (from the UK) next year !
Thank you and greetings from California! Is this your first time going to Seattle?
Bet that was a wild adventure to go through
It was a fun time! I’ve never been on it before and the view was amazing! I will def be back again to see the city next time I’m up in Seattle
Big Red Journey, I went to Seattle Space Needle in 1995 August that is a long time ago.
Thanks for sharing this video.
You’re very welcome! Hope you enjoyed the needle when you visited back then?
You mentioned in the beginning of a seasons pass? How much is that and where would we purchase them? I live here in WA State and was in Seattle last weekend. It was definitely a gorgeous day to visit 😊
My apologies for the confusion...I need to enunciate better on camera lol. I said CityPass not Season pass. The CityPass is a pass you can get online and it saves you around 50% off normal prices when you bundle tickets for a destination. So when we got ours we were able to get the Needle, Aquarium, Zoo, MoPa and Chihuly Garden for a considerable discount because of the CityPass. Hope that makes more sense?
@BigRedJourneys oh yes! Thank you! And maybe you did mention city pass, and I said season pass lol
Nice video Big red. . -Seattle looks great,
Thank you! Seattle was amazing. It’s a very fun city and I hope to be back soon!
good stuff - keep up the travelling @@BigRedJourneys
❤❤ enjoy it
Thank you!!
I visited the needle last year in Seattle. I wish I had good clear day outside the weather was cloudy outside
We were lucky as our day was a beautiful clear sunny day. But I can see how a gloomy day can certainly change one’s perspective of the needle. A good view is key for a good experience
Очень красивое и захватывающее место.
Very beautiful indeed!!
Greeting from Upton
Greetings from San Diego!
Say hi to chuck if you see him
If I do I will.
Yeah, I am going before the city of Wichita, KS on February 13th in regards to my project. At the top will be in the shape of an airplane hoisted over 500 feet AGL. I am thinking the project will be cross between the St Louis Arch and the Seattle Space Needle. So likely if this project is built it will be 500 feet to the observation deck and a ceiling around 10 to 20 feet for a total height of 510 to 520 feet. It would be one of the tallest structures in Wichita if built. Our tallest building is 385 feet to the peak and is the tallest building in Wichita and the state of Kansas. I believe my project would complement that building. It is unfortunate there is no observation area in Kansas tallest building. I am not sure how tall the city would allow something to be but maybe 550 feet tops. I am not sure.
Best of luck with that!
@@BigRedJourneys Thank you very much.
Got to love algerithms
I do love algorithms!
Thanks! Can’t go IRL.
You’re welcome!
Idk if I could do that. I have a fear of heights.
That’s a common issue for a lot of guests but in all honesty going up the elevator and staying on the inside of the top of the needle (don’t go out onto the observation deck) and you should be fine I think.
Stare at the sun
I don’t think that’s a good idea.
How fast does it spin
It takes 45 minute to do a full rotation.
Born In 81
I’m an 80s baby too
Are we allowed to bring a bag/ luggage inside the Space Needle?
Yes Aslong as the bags are reasonable in size such as a carryon size or smaller. I did see people with a duffle bag or small wheel carryon but that was it. Mainly it’s for space and safety.
Thanks. Appreciate the quick response.
It kind of acts like clock right?
There are lots of gears and mechanisms inside and it does rotate like a clock…so I guess yes
It's an amazing tower and I wish I could visit the Space Needle. Although Seattle has some amazing things. Sadly, some of these people leading the city have ruined the city in my opinion and I just think it's not safe to visit Seattle. I mean it's a beautiful city and I love the Space Needle but the way the city being runned, it's not safe in my opinion. I thank you for sharing and I love Washington State. I was born in the Tri Cities there in 1986.
That week I went was my first time ever to Seattle. I can say I saw the usual troubles that any big city may have but overall my impressions of Seattle were overwhelmingly positive. But I can only speak from a high level view
A pill Despenser
A pharmacy?
SSN
Nope. I think I’ll keep that to myself.
didnt walk all the way around the thing
No? Did you Atleast enjoy your trip up the needle?
That's odd
Or even?
Big deal
I thought it was?
