L'Antoinette Stines is the Artistic Director of the L'CADCO dance company in Jamaica. She is the creator of an original dance technique called L'Antech which has been recognised around the world as an original Jamaican dance form. L'Antoinette is a prolific choreographer and teacher of dance in Jamaica. Each she L'CADCO premieres a season of dance in Jamaica and afterwards embarks on a international tours. L'Antoinette speaks about Jamaican and caribbean cultural identity as embodied in her dance.
