Loved watching this! Hope you feel better soon :) I swear nobody could play Basil Fawlty like John Cleese could, the way he screams down the phone during the drill gets me every time. I always imagine that it wasn't actually his wife calling him then and it was just someone wanting to book a room, and all they heard down the receiver was "WE'RE HAVING IT!" Easily my favourite episode and scene of the whole show. This and Rab C. Nesbitt are tied for my favourite UK sitcom. BTW if you haven't seen Rab C. Nesbitt yet, it's one I'd highly recommend. It's not a show I see many people reacting to on here and they're all available on RUclips to see if you want to check it out! Although I'd recommend acquainting yourself with the Glaswegian accent first if you haven't already, it's very strong in that show.
A friend of mine did that at a restaurant we once worked at - picked up the phone and sang two verses of Be Our Guest before he realised there was someone on the other end wanting to book a table 😂

Andrew Sachs (the waiter Manoel) actually suffered a bad burn when this was taken. John Cleese told so in an interview. They had used some kind of acid to make his jacket smoke.

Her final song was 'Over The Rainbow'. She was Amazing!! 🧸
