True, but you also gotta give it to Doom back in 1993. Literally every FPS game after Doom was called as "Doom Clones" since the term or the genre of "First Person Shooters" has not been invented yet. I mean sure there's Catacombs 3D and Wolfenstein but Doom literally made the whole FPS genre.

In Dead Cells at 4:36, after the player reads GIT GUD on the wall, he says "must be some sort of incantation." I'm pretty sure this is referencing the origin of the term git gud. It was used in forum posts where new players would ask the community for the best way to kill a boss, but the only way to win would be to git gud. So in this piece of dialogue, the character from Dead Cells is acting like a new player and thinking that git gud is some kind of OP spell to win the game easily.

Considering From Soft made 3D Dot Game Heroes, it's not really that weird that they'd put a bunch of references.
You didn't even get into the Moonlight Great Sword, which is in pretty much every game they've made.

The MOBA Smite has one as well. The playable god Ares has a skin called Spectral Sword, which wields a green glowing sword referencing the moonlight great sword. This skin also replaces Ares normal jump animation with a forward dodge roll

The phrase "you defeated" for the gun soul isn't in reference to "you died". In early dark souls, after defeating a boss it literally said "you defeated" due to translation, followed by receiving a boss soul. I think gun soul is a reference to the bosses souls.

"You Defeated" isn't a play on "You died", I think "You deafeated" was the original message that showed up when beating a boss, before it was changed to "Victory Achieved".

On Pathfinder: Kingmaker's "Beneath the stolen lands" DLC, there's a vendor called "Honest Man" sitting beside a bonfire. This npc is an allusion to Patches, having the same looks, hold a spear and a shield, and selling dead adventurers gear. In dialog he even mocks the PC for also selling dead peoples wares, it's just fantastic.

It's sticky white slime in the remake, not in the original. In the original from 2009, it's sticky white stuff, which makes the reference in 3D dot game even more apparent.
Edit: It's also a game made by FromSoftware themselves.

In the Outward there is two-handed mace called Pillar Greathammer. Its description is hamage to Smogh's hammer (Great Hammer from the soul of executioner Smough, who guards the cathedral in the forsaken city of Anor Londo. Smough loved his work, and ground the bones of his victims into his own feed, ruining his hopes of being ranked with the Four Knights -> Artifact greathammer of an executioner who guarded the Spire of Light, crushing the bones of invaders before feeding on them). And it has an appearence simalar to Morne's Great Hammer

I haven't played ghost of tsushima but apparently there is a bloodborne easter egg in it's dlc. If you go to a specific shrine (i think it's a shrine) you can receive the yharnam helm and yharnam vestments after you hear a flute cover of a very small part of gerhman's theme. The helm states "a small hat of ronin from a world of blood" and the vesments state "armour adorned with feathers from the last great hunter".In addition there is a scroll with a small text full of bloodborne refererneces and a corpse hanging that looks like the hunter's mark.
Also enter the gungeon has mimic like enemies. Well basically mimics but with guns.

Kayle's CTRL+1 animation (joke animation) is also a reference for DS in League. She sits down on the ground and sticks her fire sword in front of her like a bonfire.
She's also this underpowered type of character that's meant to be played carefully (at least when you're not leveled up yet) so I guess it's kind of poking fun at her playstyle? Many people joke that playing Kayle is the Dark Souls of League...
