Thanks for another Dan Vasc reaction. I love this song and Dan's vocals are off the charts. His other Nightwish covers are incredible. Please considers: Nemo, Wishmaster, The Last Ride of the Day, and my favorite, Sleeping Sun. It is the most beautiful version. You can find it under the YTuber named Karla Bessa. She downloaded it before YT took it down. Many reaction channels have played it and I haven't heard of any strikes on it. I loved watching you watching Dan sing. The big smile on your face tells it all.

Love this cover by Dan. In answer to your question - yes, that's Dan layering his own vocals. He never does what you called a "karaoke version." When you hear harmonizing (without him crediting anyone else) -- it's all Dan! Please let his "outros" finish at the end. We in Vasc Nation miss those, because he doesn't do them any more. (apparently the RUclips algorithms don't like them for some reason).
I'll try to remember to play the full outros going forward 🙂

Dan Vasc definitely has a unique style that never ceases to amaze me, as does his vocal ability. His voice is the one I prefer in Nightwish covers. These would be: Bye Bye Beautiful or Nemo... to name just two.

As others have stated, yes, he does all his own backup vocals unless otherwise stated. All of his nightwish covers are amazing. But i think you would also enjoy his Bohemian Rhapsody cover and his Hallelujah Chorus (one man choir).

I’m a huge Nightwish fan, and while he is talented and it was interesting to see, after hearing Tarja and Floor, I’ve been too spoiled to listen to covers.
