Aweseome flying, love it! But I think if you want 3" 4s, you're better off to go with the babyhawk ii (analogue or hd) - I know it's 3.5" but it flies very similar to 3". The best thing about the tinyhawk ii freestyle is how nimble, lightweight and quiet it is imo. For me, I would want a standard size aio board with 12a escs (although I haven't had a problem with the 5a escs), expresslrs or crossfire (even tho I don't have an elrs module yet, only crossfire), caddx baby ratel, and rush tiny tank vtx. Perhaps a slightly stronger frame as well with more motor protection. And that would be pretty perfect for me!

Where the pro has 1303 motors and 3" props, designed for 2-4s, auw weight around 100-110g and the regular has 1202.5 8500kv motors and the option of either 2" or 2.5" props and 1s-2s, I think that could be a good way to have something for everyone?
I have 2 Babyhawk ii quads. Really I want a new TH just for the novelty because it was the quad that started it all for me. 😆 I also have a 2 2.5” quads on 4s550 with 1204 4000KV motors. 4s carry a insta360 Go 2 much better than 3s. its gonna have elrs with an option for crossfire. still gonna run on 2 1s batteries since its part of their entry level quads. I imagine camera upgrade to the nano 4. vtx up to 400. new motors with plugs but same props. new camera protector. And have a place to mount any run cam thumb and sell mounts for it. I'm also hoping for a new th3 race.
Thank you for sharing! I can agree with you over all except the 2 1s lipos. Oh man that is the biggest problem of that drone. Believe me, if you change it to an xt30 connector and use a regular 2s lipo, the raise of perfomance will be incredible!

They want people to be able to upgrade within the tinyhawk series and still be able to use their existing batteries. Then when they want a real upgrade, they can buy a babyhawk2. But right now the tinyhawk 2 freestyle is competing with things like the geprc smart 16, the baby nazgul 68 and 78, etc. personally I wish they would do both a th3 freestyle and then a th3 freestyle plus that is a 3in quad with an xt30 from factory for more experienced pilots.
Hello there. I totally agree we need a new tinyhawk III Freestyle, however I don’t agree it should be 3 inches coz there’s plenty of em out there. Let’s stick to original size. Here’s what I’d like as an upgrade: 1. Standard size FC+ESC stack 16x16 mounting pattern to keep it sleek. Some space in the rear for vtx and receiver. 2. 2-3S compatible. 3. Caddx Baby ratel 2 cam. 4. VTX must be 600mw 5. Arm guards are a must. 6. Proper antenna placement 7. Increase stand-off height. 8. Aluminum standoffs plz.
That would be perfect man! I was very in dubt about my preference between 2.5 and 3 inches prop. For all other points I totally agree but I didn't want to write too many things on the flight video so as not to be too distracting. Thank you!!
Thank you for your opinion! To be clear, I love this 2.5 2s drone but, it is veeery difficult to mount a decent action cam and the lipo on the drone, as for the size and as for the weight. Mmmh i don t like a lot both the radio and the goggles of the kit. If you aren't sure about this hobby, it may be a good choise. But if you know that this hobby will be in your life for long, you are wasting your money with the kit. Anyway about the drone, I don't have the tinyhawk 3 so i can't be very accurate. The tinyhawk 2 flies veeery well but it doesn't come with elrs and it is not so easy to change the rx there. The 3 has more weight but it has elrs and a better vtx for sure. I would go for the 3 😁
@@Mantinel ahahaha they are very different quads. It depends from a lot of factors. The tinyhawk is way more powerful and you can really learn some freestyle tricks. Cetus pro is more safe and it let you learn cruise and little freestyle movements
I get much better range with the 350mw betafpv vtx then this hglrs Zeus, i have 2 of each, I'm not impressed with the zeus VTX, also i wonder if those motors can be pushed to 3s with a better elrs aio

In my opinion you just keep the frame you put a 12a elrs aio Xt30 of course + nano vtx (with DVR optional)caddx ant or baby turtles. And to be beginner friendly add a little buzzer for motors I tried happy model. 1202.5 6400kv so cool with 2s 350 demoniac on 3s max550.
It is not so easy to change the fc here, because the mounting holes are not so common. You need an adapter for the aio and the lighter you are, the better! Anyway thanks for sharing ✌️👋

I'm really undecided whether to take the new dji goggles 2 or the new hdzero. for me the latency can be decisive, but the low penetration of the hdzero system scares me a lot. for now i bought the new skyzone fusion v3.3 module for my skyzone 04x which improves the mix mode performance ahahaha. I wait to try both systems and decide later

@@jataku hd zero goggles are the best goggles to get if you don't want dji. For sure they are the most versatile cause you can use hdzero, analog at the best, and walksnail with the vrx. 3" props is the baby line. Tiny hawk 2.5" and less. So I say 2.5" light weight. Have 25mm aio board. Tiny 500mw vtx. Caddx ant or baby ratel 2. 1303.5 motors 4500kv 4s. Or do 6s they have small 6s batteries now. Xt30 connectors

I would LOVE if emax gave us the th3 freestyle, but I have to disagree with you a bit. 3 inch props and 4s batteries would make a drone very diferent than what we have here, so there should be a seperate line of drones with those specs while the tinihawk remains tiny. What I would love to see in the the drone is an all in one board that can safely handle both 2s and 3s because 7500 kv is a bit low for 2s

@@SUPERBAFFOFpv I have bought the drone as an rtf kit so I had to buy a chager, an xt30 and new batteries. My mistake was buying the batteries from aliexpress, so after about 3 months of waiting I got 6 1s batteries instead of the 3 2s batteries i ordered
i do not believe analog is dead in any way. people are just getting suckered into buying hardware when they are new in the fpv hobby. for the rest of us that have been flying for a long time and alreday have gear. i use regular fatsharks dom v3 and dji v2s. if i want to quality image i just use a hero session 5 the small cube. if ya want more power get a battery with a very high c rating LIHV. dual bladed props are faster than tri blades. you can also play around with bluejay or bl heli and make tune adjustments to the motors for better performance. but do yourself a favor and dont get sucked into buying something you dont need that gives you a slightly better flight performance. its just not worth it, untill they are offering more range and improvements that are more than a slightly better image i cant justify upgrading much. example the dji o3 air units over the caddx vista. your going to see some better 10 bit color edges are a little clearer but you wont notice much different in how it flies and handles, at most you get a better sd card recorded image...
I absolutly agree with you Matthew! Also because payed youtuber are pushing to buy new products. I'm happy with the growing of hd tecnology but i'm going to purchase it later and without leaving analog at all for sure ✌️. I would like to have a newer model of the tinyhawk freestyle cause it has a d8 receiver, 200mw vtx, and 800 tvl camera. Also because it is my first drone and there is a sort of romanticism behind this request hahaha
so many people rush into this hobby to learn it, i would suggest to people focus on the flying part of the hobby, and take your time doing it, because it doesn't take long to learn and you will save yourself quiet a bit of money thru experience over watching videos and buying hardware that you dont really need

I feel like having it as a 4s defeats the whole purpose of the tinyhawk, the point of the freestyle to be cheap and easy for a beginner to freestyle

so many people rush into this hobby to learn it, i would suggest to people focus on the flying part of the hobby, and take your time doing it, because it doesn't take long to learn and you will save yourself quiet a bit of money thru experience over watching videos and buying hardware that you dont really need

I love your irony man 😊! Anyway I think it's really very subjective, and negative opinions are also welcome. for me, it is the best flying drone of mine despite everything.
it is the drone that has taken the most falls and at most I have broken the vtx.
clearly a third model is also meant with all the better electronics.
And clearly too, hope it will be some digital versions too.
analog is still alive to me, and i'm sure i'm not the only one✌️, but for sure hdzero now with their new goggles will be the end of analog in long term.
