@@SUPERBAFFOFpv yes!! The xt30 was the first thing I did to use the tattu 2s batteries with it. And bad news. I screwed up the all in one when finishing up the install for the elrs so now looking for a new one.
I made 3 changes to the drone but just 1 of 3 changes its performance. The xt30 connector instead of 2 ph2.0 he comes with. you need to buy 2s lipos for that mod, but it really increase performance. I changed the rx with an elrs ep2 (not so simple to do on this drone). And I changed the vtx with a hglrc zeus nano (that's why you can hear the sound of motors), but i changed it just because I broke the original vtx 😅
Mine goes no where near this fast when im wearing the goggles. Is it just a feeling? Or is it capped? I may be upgrading to ELRS soon. Gotta get some batts since i only have 2 1s... After that, when im not broke, ill upgerade the VTX.
Sorry man, i've just seen the notifications. It is not just a feeling if you use 2 1s lipos. The most effective mod you can do for this drone is to put an xt30 connector and use 2s lipos. You will instantly feel the power
You look like you really LOVE the TH2 Freestyle. I do too! But recently one of the motors on my TH2F broke and having a really rough time trying to take the props off, do you have any tips to remove them? Anyways awesome flight 😎😎
thank you so much! yes I really love it and i changed a motor too! you're right, removing the props is sometimes difficult especially in hot weather. try to use a big rubber band to hold the motor, and with the other hand with 3 fingers try to rotate the propeller clockwise and counterclockwise as you pull it up. Mmmh smartaudio is not the audio of the motors. But it is the osd elements you can see in your goggles while flying. You can't hear motor sound untill you have a vtx which has a microphone built in. In this case I broke my original vtx and I replaced it with the hglrc zeus nano, which has a microphone so i can hear and register motor sound ✌️👋

The best radio in my opinion is the radiomaster tx16s that I also have, but if you prefer a smaller one I recommend the radiomaster tx12s or the zorro. but you need to get one with the 4 in 1 module that supports the frsky protocol that the tinyhawk 2 freestyle has! All the new radios now use the elrs protocol standard, so pay attention to select a radio with the 4 in 1 protocol.

Yes it is ready to fly but it has an old frsky d8 receiver on it. As for the battery time it depends of a lot pf factors as: what battery you use, how you fly, and temperature, but it goes from 3.30 to 5.30 minutes 😊. Just consider that the motors audio you can hear in this video it's possibile because i changed my vtx as I broke the original one 🤣
i replaced the batteries with a 650 2s and connector(s) with a XT30. The drone behaves a lot better with it. The Gemfan Flash 2540 props work better than the Avan rush props on these drones. I chose x-fire over ELRS and i don't think it makes much difference. However, a circular polarized antenna for the video does make a huge difference. These Drones are a'whol'lotta fun to fly. everyone should have at least one drone under 100g dry weight.

@@dortmunder27xxx hi! No, it is very different from a dji mini drone. Dji drone is stabilized, this is an acro drone. Every movement is manual on it. It is exactly a freestyle drone (lipo battery on top) and not a racing drone (lipo battery on bottom).
I don't remember exactly the settings I used but please note that I changed the original rx with an elsr rx. Just check in the betaflight osd tab if there is the link quality setting and select it of there is one.
Love my TH2FS. Had to replace the nylon standoffs with metal. Kept flying apart after a few normal airmode landings. Also replaced battery connector with an XT30. I went away from EMAX because all of mine (4 different models) have VTX breakup issues. Having more success with the Mobula's. Bought direct from EMAX. Will never buy from Banggood again. Been dogging them for 4 months for a refund on a DOA aircraft.
I love it too! I hope to see a tinyhawk 3 freestyle soon as i saw they're putting elrs on their drones now. Hope they use a better vtx too. I buy from banggood almost anything and sometime i had some problems but always solved. I agree with you that now it is very difficult to have a refound as i payed shipment taxes unexpectd for my last nazgul5, they didn't refound me the taxes payed...

La vtx è scritta in descrizione cmq la hglrc zeus nano che ha il microfono. Il cambio di connettore con xt30 è quasi obbligatorio su questo drone. È la modifica che ti da i migliori risultati con il minor sforzo. Chiaramente devi comprare le lipo 2s dopo 😁

I broke the vtx 😅,so I replaced it with the HGLRC Zeus nano vtx which has the microphone inserted. At that point, just connect any headphones to the goggles and you can hear! 😎

Sure you can! But you need the right goggles and not too big glasses. I don't have the goggles of the rtf kit and I don't use glasses, so I can't tell you if your glasses fits on that goggles sorry 😊
@@dortmunder27xxx If you can handle the acro mode in the simulator and if you learn to fly step by step without taking a lot of risks, yes you can. It was my first acro drone too. For sure with a protected propellers drone you can learn lowering the risks and it is not a bad idea. Where do you get the metal standoffs? What are they called. Hate the nylon ones. The main frame ones are algd, but the aio ones keep breaking
It is not a problem. The tinyhawk2 is lighter. With 2 mods it can be better than the 3. Xt30 connector and elrs rx.

At what Volt do u stop flying to charge the battery?
considering the battery sag, I try to stop flying at 3.20, 3.30 v, so that when you disarm it goes up to 3.50

if you feel too sensitive you can try lowering the rates on betaflight. it is my first acro drone too and i still love it!
