is SEO a Waste of Time in 2024? (why I quit)

If you're thinking about quitting SEO, don't.
SEO isn't going away anytime soon...but you'll have to adap.
SEO isn't just about Google and Bing..there are more search engines. Those two are just "writing-based search engines".
RUclips, TikTok, Instagram etc.. these are video-based search engies.
Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, these are product-based search engines.
You get the point.
You have to figure out what the search intent of the keywords you want to rank for is, and then choose the best medium of comsuption (i.e. audio, video, written) - that's how you decide the search engine where you'll be doing SEO on.
