because when the wheels are bigger(and more weight),the engine needs more power to try get the wheels round, but because the clutch job is to send to power from the engine to the wheels,and because the wheels are bigger, the clutch is more slipping then normal,and when youre slipping the clutch,the clutchshoes are getting more damaged and when the shoes are getting to thin, it won't gripping on the clutchbelt(or how it's called), and you don't get forward. I seen similar bikes in the ghettos . Its common to see kids riding sport quads on city streets with automotive wheels and tires . One things for sure is street tires will last way longer than off road tires.
