I still don't get why would they Decrease the AD, AND increase the cost for most of the items. They could have let IE be 80AD with the new price.
I think this is fine if they also reduce how much damage tanks do. And fix how unplayable mage matchups are. Outside of that these changes suck ass

The issue with ADC is there is little to no outplay potential anymore because every other champ straight up stat checks you.
Yeah, you have to team fight and nothing else as ADC now even if you're ahead since mages one shot with half the items and tanks are unkillable. Vayne, Kai'sa, and maybe Nilah feel like the only ADCs that can outplay other champ classes without the help of teammates.
@@coolbrotherf127 Yeah but Vayne has 0 waveclear and AoE dmg, so its almost unplayable... And mages also oneshot u being from even more far (like Q+E Syndr)
@@jorgesotolopez204 True, but that's always been an issue. Her ult and Q allows her to outplay mages late game, but it's just more difficult than most other ADCs. For those really good at Vayne she's still viable.
@@coolbrotherf127 Yeah i agree, vayne in lategame loves enemies that does not have point n click abilities. The problem right now is that in botlane is being played all champs with lots of waveclear and poke, she depends a lot from her jg and sup in lane
That's why for those really good at vayne have much better WR in top lane

Except she's not. Kog is higher WR and higher pickrate. So is seraphine.
But I agree it's definitely a problem that almost all top wr adcs are mages (or kogmaw but he's an exception). This was already a problem before, but the harder nerfs to ad items made mages even more viable now.

For the first time since I started playing league, Im thinking about dropping ADC and becoming a mid laner. I peaked last season, took a 4 month break from league and now came back. So I was super excited, but its impossible to enjoy playing adc rn
If you are interested in mages, you can just play them bot. As soon as you get Last Chapter you only need to interact if you want to and with an AD mid laner you don't have be in danger farming the side lane's later in the game. All your team loses in most cases is the walking sack of gold, waiting to be oneshot by any other class.
I am so glad I finally hit diamond last split/patch. This isn’t feeling so good right now, might just take a break for a patch or two.
That last fight was played so well it made ADC look like a good role.
13:55 just imagine what a 7-0 aatrox, riven, darius or really any other bruiser would do to them here. Our role is just balanced for pro play and we sadly have to live with it.

kaisa is my favorit roomba, especially when she has her q evolve, wave go brrrr. I tried static on a lot of different champs since the update, what i got from that is that in almost every single instance it is better then the normal build just because the passive is so extremly strong. And I mean on pretty much all adcs, there were a few exeptions like Ezreal, Draven and Samira, the rest felt a lot stronger with static, even champs like Cait, Lucian, Kalista, MF(if you get a good ult flank you onehit the whole enemy team if you kill one guy early).
I like how theres a 7/0 Kai'sa just delegated to clearing waves mid for 5 minutes during mid game.
like, no worries Hwei, you can feed during laning phase and still keep prio for mid despite building the equivalent of a Shieldbow and two long swords.

E cancel upgrade and base cancel timing are the same as far as I know. Hit e / base when you are RELEASING the click on the upgrade.
Glad im not the only one who feels this way about Kai'sa atm. Its not like you can't win on other adcs but carry?? Idk man Kai'sa feels uniquely better at carrying games than all of my usual picks this new patch
just dropped 31-3 on kaisa the other day on my road to a penta, so far i got 3 quadras. she is most definitely a hard carry but your team can be too heavy to carry
put that gold on a top and they ransack the rift yeah ads are pretty bad

The only saving grace in metas like this is that all these mage botlanes have no fucking clue how to play duo and you can win the lane with pure skill. Problem is that it literally doesn't matter your solos are the only thing that can carry along with support
I like the 3 ap item adc, might aswell go the mage build, with muramana -> ludens
LS Exodia Build doesn't work in BOT since you have to fight too much. It's better to go Hybrid for more carry threat in the 2v2 and 3v3s. In competitive, or when we have a free lane, we can go that build.
ADC is the most item dependant role of them all so by nerfing all item they nerf ADC the most.. with no compensation.. mage do scale a bit more by their kit and level alone.. if they want to make the game more about the character they should up most ADC dmg on skills or AD per level scaling to get an extra 15-20 natural AD by 18 at least giving back a portion of the lost AD on item.. ADC get burst down by mage and they cant dent a tank.. other than slapping a support they dont get much going for them in most game..

when u finish 2nd item cashback is more valuable no?
I'm pretty sure it's because boots have been nerfed pretty hard so spending 300g less on tier 2 boots while also getting bonus movespeed is almost 99% better in most situations
game over at 2 items so cashback 0 value most games

This may be only a low elo opinion (was emerald 1 last split) but this build sucks, does well early and doesn't scale at all. I personally prefer going Kraken and BORK because that build actually does damage, has lifesteal so enemy needs more time to kill you and can kite better because of bork. Again maybe I'm just too bad to understand why are pople buying static rageblade into ap, but I can't carry games with that build, and it feels much weaker to me than kraken bork core.
Statikk is for clear good atk speed and enough ad with Rageblade to unlock evolved Q. Rageblade then strenghten her on hit shennanigan and give her more atk speed to stack her passive faster. Nashor give more on-hit and unlocks W and strenghten her passive. Most of her dmg come from passive blowing up the 5 stacks. People also tend to forget her W at close range you can easily burst with her E and as it end you throw that W in for an extra 3 stack usually you can cycle 2/3 passive explosion which is 3x 21% missing health from passive only (15+ 6% per 100 ap )

The strength of statik comes from the fact that it lets you instantly clear waves and get prio, with you stationed in the mid lane instantly shoving waves it provides your team alot of space and time to go clear wards and invade enemy jungle, while your pushed waves give vision on enemy rotations. Like Saber mentioned in this video, econ > everything, even if botrk does more damage at 1 item the utility is simply not comparable, statik gives you way more pressure on the map as well as gold generation to get you to the next items. As you saw in this video, if the enemy team chooses not to fight and just match waveclear, there's very little you can do to stop it, and your botrk would be doing nothing for you in mid game macro. I find that players at Emerald generally have a fairly poor understanding of the importance of catching/shoving waves and what the correct macro decisions and lane assignments are, and they still pick too many pointless fights while neglecting camps/waves that give you free gold. I'm also pretty sure that kraken simply sucks now and should never be built after it was hard nerfed a couple months ago.
